【摘要】：隨著信息化社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化的趨勢(shì)日益明顯,社會(huì)信息化程度的高低已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力與發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo)。以信息技術(shù)為代表的的高新科技和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,同樣也給各國(guó)政府運(yùn)行和管理帶來(lái)了巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),促使政府必須順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流,市政府向“服務(wù)性、透明性、效率性、回應(yīng)性”等方面轉(zhuǎn)變。為了在新一輪的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)有利地位,世界各國(guó)為了增大在國(guó)際上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),將電子政務(wù)的建設(shè)作為一項(xiàng)重要的工作,從而提高政府工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。在世界各國(guó)積極倡導(dǎo)的“信息高速公路”的五個(gè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中,電子政務(wù)被列為第一位,電子政務(wù)已成為各國(guó)社會(huì)信息化的先導(dǎo)。本文將會(huì)就北京市高級(jí)人民法院人員數(shù)據(jù)集成管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)展開(kāi)論述。該平臺(tái)是在公司內(nèi)部的前端開(kāi)發(fā)框架Artery下實(shí)現(xiàn)的界面開(kāi)發(fā),后臺(tái)以SpringMVC為框架,以Java為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,采用PostgreSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。在該平臺(tái)的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,作者參與了整個(gè)平臺(tái)的后臺(tái)功能與流程的分析與開(kāi)發(fā),包括運(yùn)行監(jiān)控模塊、任務(wù)調(diào)度模塊、數(shù)據(jù)核查模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、檢測(cè)報(bào)告模塊、職務(wù)犯罪分析。這六個(gè)大模塊需要解決數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)類型轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)的固化、數(shù)據(jù)的恢復(fù)、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控等存在于ETL過(guò)程的數(shù)據(jù)性問(wèn)題,還有檢測(cè)報(bào)告的生成、操作日志記錄、任務(wù)流轉(zhuǎn)日志、數(shù)據(jù)核查、任務(wù)調(diào)度、版本控制、運(yùn)行監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等問(wèn)題。數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)類型的轉(zhuǎn)換是將一個(gè)類型的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)成另外一個(gè)類型;數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)的固化是將從源庫(kù)中抽取來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu)與現(xiàn)有表結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,如果不相同,將現(xiàn)有庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)改成與源庫(kù)相同的結(jié)構(gòu);數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)包括有發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)變化的和沒(méi)有發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)變化的數(shù)據(jù)的恢復(fù)。人員數(shù)據(jù)集成管理平臺(tái)已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)完成,經(jīng)過(guò)多次測(cè)試,功能均已實(shí)現(xiàn),并最終審核通過(guò)投入使用,用戶再此過(guò)程中提出一些問(wèn)題和新需求,會(huì)在后續(xù)版本中逐漸完成。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information society, the world network, the trend of informatization is increasingly obvious, the level of social informatization has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength and development level of a country. The rapid development of high and new technology and knowledge economy represented by information technology has also brought great pressure and challenge to the operation and management of governments of all countries, which urges the government to conform to the trend of the times. Efficiency, responsiveness, and so on. In order to occupy a favorable position in the new round of international competition, countries all over the world take the construction of e-government as an important work in order to increase their competitive advantage in the world, thus improving the efficiency of government work and the quality of service. Among the five application fields of "information superhighway" advocated by many countries all over the world, E-government has been listed as the first, and e-government has become the forerunner of social informatization in various countries. This paper will discuss the design and implementation of the personnel data integrated management platform of Beijing higher people's Court. The platform is implemented under the front end development framework (Artery) of the company. In the background, SpringMVC is used as the framework, Java as the development language, and PostgreSQL database as the development language. In the development process of the platform, the author participated in the analysis and development of the background function and process of the whole platform, including operation monitoring module, task scheduling module, data verification module, system management module, detection and report module. Analysis of job-related crimes These six modules need to solve the data problems existing in the ETL process, such as data structure type conversion, database structure solidification, data recovery, data quality monitoring and so on, as well as the generation of detection reports, operation log records, etc. Task flow log, data verification, task scheduling, version control, operation monitoring, data mining and other issues. The conversion of a data structure type is the conversion of one type of data to another; the solidification of a database structure is to compare the data table structure extracted from the source library with the existing table structure, if not the same, The structure of the existing library is changed to the same structure as the source library; the data recovery includes the recovery of the data with or without structural changes. The personnel data integrated management platform has been developed and tested many times, the function has been realized, and the final audit has been put into use. In this process, the user will put forward some problems and new requirements, which will be completed gradually in the subsequent version.
