【摘要】：將目標(biāo)從背景中有效分割出來(lái)是紅外運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)檢測(cè)與跟蹤技術(shù)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)�；跓岢上裨淼募t外圖像特點(diǎn)是噪聲強(qiáng)、干擾多且目標(biāo)邊界模糊不清,尤其是當(dāng)信號(hào)比較弱、熱成像面積較小時(shí),背景和噪聲在圖像中所占比例很大,從而導(dǎo)致對(duì)紅外小目標(biāo)的檢測(cè)難度增大。因此,紅外小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究更具挑戰(zhàn)意義。算法針對(duì)紅外圖像小目標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)及其檢測(cè)難點(diǎn),采用引導(dǎo)濾波進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,在保持目標(biāo)邊緣特性的基礎(chǔ)上平滑背景增強(qiáng)背景之間關(guān)聯(lián)性,進(jìn)行降噪。利用視覺(jué)注意機(jī)制可以引導(dǎo)人眼在海量的數(shù)據(jù)中關(guān)注到對(duì)比度大的區(qū)域的特性,采用分層閾值化和連通域分析對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行感興趣區(qū)域(Region of interest,ROI)提取,在感興趣區(qū)域內(nèi)采用多尺度LOG濾波提高目標(biāo)的信雜比,通過(guò)信雜比閾值初步的到檢測(cè)目標(biāo)。為正確的檢測(cè)真實(shí)小目標(biāo)并過(guò)濾偽目標(biāo),對(duì)移動(dòng)式管道濾波進(jìn)行改進(jìn),充分利用管道中的已有目標(biāo)的先驗(yàn)信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)紅外小目標(biāo)的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)。本文對(duì)引導(dǎo)濾波的預(yù)處理效果和改進(jìn)后移動(dòng)式管道濾波進(jìn)行了多目標(biāo)、弱目標(biāo)、背景復(fù)雜情況下的對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)證明其具有良好的有效性。同時(shí)對(duì)該算法進(jìn)行多個(gè)視頻的實(shí)驗(yàn),計(jì)算其檢測(cè)率與虛警率,結(jié)果表明該算法具有良好的適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:The key technology of infrared moving target detection and tracking is to segment the target from the background effectively.The infrared image based on thermal imaging principle is characterized by strong noise, more interference and blurred target boundary.Especially when the signal is weak and the thermal imaging area is small, the background and noise occupy a large proportion in the image. Therefore, the research of infrared small target detection technology is more challenging. Aiming at the characteristics of infrared image small target and its detection difficulties, the algorithm uses guided filter to preprocess, smoothes the correlation between background and enhances the background on the basis of keeping the edge characteristics of the target, and denoises. Visual attention mechanism can guide the human eye to focus on the characteristics of the region with large contrast in a large amount of data. Region of interest (ROI) is extracted by hierarchical thresholding and connected area analysis, and the target's signal-to-clutter ratio is improved by multi-scale LOG filtering in the region of interest. In order to detect the real small target and filter the false target correctly, the mobile pipeline filter is improved to make full use of the prior information of the existing targets in the pipeline to realize the accurate detection of the infrared small target. The experimental results show that the algorithm is effective in the case of complex background and target. At the same time, the detection rate and false alarm rate of the algorithm are calculated by several video experiments. The results show that the algorithm has good adaptability.
