光學相干層析成像隨深度變化的色散補償方法

【摘要】:提出一種隨深度變化的色散補償方法,用以提升頻域光學相干層析成像系統(tǒng)的縱向分辨率。該方法利用迭代算法計算出不同成像深度處的色散補償系數(shù),通過數(shù)值計算,得到色散補償系數(shù)與成像深度的關系表達式,計算出各成像深度處的色散補償系數(shù),利用這些色散補償系數(shù)消除相應深度位置處信號的高階色散相位,從而有針對性地對系統(tǒng)中參考臂與樣品臂的色散失配進行補償,消除色散的展寬效應。理論推導和實驗結果表明,光學相干層析成像系統(tǒng)中,隨深度變化的色散補償方法對各成像深度位置處的信號,包括成像深度較深位置處的弱信號,均可以進行有效的色散補償,進而得到更多的樣品結構信息。
[Abstract]:A dispersion compensation method with depth variation is proposed to improve the longitudinal resolution of optical coherence tomography system in frequency domain. In this method, the dispersion compensation coefficients at different imaging depths are calculated by iterative algorithm. By numerical calculation, the relationship between dispersion compensation coefficients and imaging depth is obtained, and the dispersion compensation coefficients at each imaging depth are calculated. These dispersion compensation coefficients are used to eliminate the higher-order dispersion phase of the signal at the corresponding depth position, so that the dispersion mismatch between the reference arm and the sample arm in the system can be compensated, and the dispersion broadening effect can be eliminated. The theoretical derivation and experimental results show that the dispersion compensation method with depth variation in optical coherence tomography system can compensate the signals at different imaging depths, including the weak signals at the deeper positions of the imaging depth. The dispersion compensation can be carried out effectively, and more information of sample structure can be obtained.
