【摘要】：提出一種基于Spark計(jì)算框架的海量視頻語義標(biāo)注方法。將存儲(chǔ)在Hadoop分布式文件系統(tǒng)(Hadoop distributed file system,HDFS)上的海量視頻部署到若干計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)上,依據(jù)分形特征實(shí)現(xiàn)鏡頭快速分割。提取樣本關(guān)鍵幀的顏色、紋理和分形特征向量,進(jìn)行元學(xué)習(xí)策略訓(xùn)練,進(jìn)而形成視覺詞典。根據(jù)視覺詞典對(duì)檢測(cè)視頻內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,產(chǎn)生一系列能表征視頻內(nèi)容的視覺單詞。根據(jù)重要程度,通過馬爾科夫鏈按重要程度對(duì)視頻的視覺單詞進(jìn)行排序,并將排列結(jié)果作為該視頻的標(biāo)注。最后,從檢測(cè)正確率、平均運(yùn)行時(shí)間和擴(kuò)展效能方面與傳統(tǒng)分布式計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a semantic annotation method for mass video based on Spark computing framework. The massive video stored on the Hadoop distributed file system (Hadoop distributed file system,HDFS) is deployed to a number of computing nodes to achieve fast shot segmentation based on fractal features. The color, texture and fractal feature vectors of the key frame of the sample are extracted, and the meta learning strategy is trained to form a visual dictionary. A series of visual words which can represent the video content are generated by analyzing the video content according to the visual dictionary. According to the degree of importance, the visual words of the video are sorted by Markov chain according to the degree of importance, and the result of the arrangement is taken as the annotation of the video. Finally, the detection accuracy, average running time and extended efficiency are compared with the traditional distributed computing model.
