【摘要】：伴隨中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體的快速發(fā)展,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資數(shù)量日益增加,我國(guó):工程造價(jià)也要從階段管理過(guò)程轉(zhuǎn)化為全過(guò)程管理。工程建設(shè)單位對(duì)工程造價(jià)的管理包括建設(shè)前期、實(shí)施中期和后期維護(hù)的管理階段,實(shí)施階段包括設(shè)計(jì)階段、招投標(biāo)階段、施工階段、竣工驗(yàn)收和后評(píng)價(jià)階段。而施工單位對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的工程造價(jià)管理包括招投標(biāo)階段、施工階段和竣工驗(yàn)收階段的管理。目前,工程造價(jià)管理過(guò)程中存在很多糾紛,而承包商又處于劣勢(shì),并且承包商的工程造價(jià)管理過(guò)程十分復(fù)雜,因此,這個(gè)問(wèn)題現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越受到重視。通過(guò)對(duì)工程計(jì)價(jià)管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析進(jìn)行研究,最終確定了項(xiàng)目工程計(jì)價(jià)管理、工程材料計(jì)價(jià)管理、工程設(shè)備計(jì)價(jià)管理、工程量清單管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理功能等5個(gè)主要的功能模塊。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)采用了現(xiàn)階段流行的Java語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),在需求分析以及設(shè)計(jì)階段使用UML建模技術(shù),系統(tǒng)使用J2EE框架技術(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)所涉及的技術(shù)都是較為先進(jìn)的,并且具有很強(qiáng)的可擴(kuò)展性,能夠在今后根據(jù)用戶(hù)的實(shí)際的需求,為系統(tǒng)添加新的功能。本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中分階段性地動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)算和調(diào)整,來(lái)達(dá)到盡可能合理反映項(xiàng)目實(shí)際成本的目的,同時(shí)減少在項(xiàng)目初期進(jìn)行的預(yù)算計(jì)價(jià)的偏差。對(duì)于大型工程項(xiàng)目,這樣一種計(jì)價(jià)管理方法能夠更有效地控制成本和降低預(yù)算超支風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic entities, the amount of investment in construction projects is increasing day by day. In our country, the construction cost should be transformed from the stage management process to the whole process management. The management of the project cost by the project construction unit includes the management stage of the early construction, the middle and the later maintenance, the implementation stage including the design stage, the bidding stage, the construction stage, the completion acceptance stage and the post evaluation stage. The project cost management of the construction project includes the bidding stage, the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage. At present, there are many disputes in the process of project cost management, and the contractor is at a disadvantage, and the process of the contractor's cost management is very complex. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to this problem. Through the research on the requirement analysis of the project valuation management system, the project valuation management, the engineering material valuation management, the engineering equipment valuation management, the engineering quantity list management, the project valuation management, the engineering material valuation management, the engineering quantity list management, Basic data management function and other five main functional modules. The realization of the system is based on the popular Java language at the present stage, the UML modeling technology is used in the requirement analysis and design phase, and the J2EE framework technology is used to realize the system. The technology involved in the system is relatively advanced and has a strong scalability, which can add new functions to the system according to the actual needs of users in the future. In order to reflect the actual cost of the project as much as possible, the system can reduce the deviation of budget valuation in the initial stage of the project by dynamically measuring and adjusting it in phases during the implementation process of the project in order to reflect the actual cost of the project as much as possible. For large projects, such a valuation management method can more effectively control costs and reduce the risk of budget overruns.
