互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是否擴(kuò)大了教育結(jié)果不平等——基于PISA上海數(shù)據(jù)的實證研究

【摘要】:優(yōu)先提升教育信息化促進(jìn)教育公平是"十三五"期間加快推進(jìn)我國教育信息化發(fā)展的必然趨勢,但以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為核心的信息技術(shù)對教育公平影響的實證研究較為缺乏。本文基于國際學(xué)生評估項目上海調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),利用傾向得分匹配法和夏普里值分解法實證考察了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用偏好對學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成就與教育結(jié)果不平等的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在控制選擇性偏誤和家庭背景后,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)偏好對學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)、閱讀和科學(xué)素養(yǎng)都有顯著的正向影響,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)娛樂偏好的影響則顯著為負(fù),而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用時間控制在每日30分鐘及以下的學(xué)生獲得的學(xué)業(yè)成就顯著更高;(2)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)社會文化地位對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用偏好與學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成就都有顯著的影響,并且是擴(kuò)大教育結(jié)果不平等的最主要因素;(3)如果家庭處境不利的學(xué)生養(yǎng)成互聯(lián)網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)偏好,則互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以縮小家庭背景導(dǎo)致的成績差距,起到縮小教育結(jié)果不平等的作用。在促進(jìn)教育公平和提升教育質(zhì)量上,為保障信息技術(shù)充分發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用,政府和學(xué)校應(yīng)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確審視和運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,確保信息技術(shù)真正用于學(xué)習(xí)者汲取新知識和技能,利用新一代信息技術(shù)擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的覆蓋面,探索建立區(qū)域教育信息資源共建共享系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable trend to speed up the development of educational informatization in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, but the empirical research on the influence of information technology with Internet as the core on education equity is lacking. Based on the Shanghai survey data of the International Student Assessment Project, this paper empirically examines the influence of Internet use preference on students' academic achievement and educational outcome inequality by using the tendency score matching method and the Sharry value decomposition method. The results are as follows: (1) after controlling for selective bias and family background, Internet learning preference has a significant positive effect on students' mathematics, reading and scientific literacy, while Internet entertainment preference has a significant negative effect on students' math, reading and scientific literacy. Students with 30 minutes or less of Internet use time had significantly higher academic achievement. (2) the family economic, social and cultural status had a significant impact on Internet use preference and students' academic achievement. And it is the most important factor to expand the inequality of educational results; (3) if the disadvantaged students form the preference of Internet learning, the Internet can narrow the achievement gap caused by the family background and play the role of narrowing the inequality of educational results. In promoting educational equity and improving the quality of education, in order to ensure that information technology plays a leading role, governments and schools should guide students to properly examine and use online resources to ensure that information technology is truly used for learners to acquire new knowledge and skills. Using the new generation of information technology to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources, to explore the establishment of regional education information resources co-construction and sharing system.
