【摘要】：悅?cè)A醫(yī)院護(hù)理信息管理系統(tǒng)是該醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)新開發(fā)實施的信息管理平臺的組成部分,目的是通過先進(jìn)的技術(shù)支持手段更全面支持以患者為中心的醫(yī)院運營管理理念,同時在護(hù)理信息方面實現(xiàn)更全面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化。本文對該信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)從需求分析、設(shè)計、編程實現(xiàn)和測試等方面進(jìn)行了較全面的闡述。在需求方面,分析了該系統(tǒng)在住院護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)信息管理、護(hù)理事務(wù)管理和病案信息管理方面的具體要求和功能處理方式,建立了主要用例模型。在軟件設(shè)計方面,主要基于面向?qū)ο蟮募夹g(shù)和方法討論了軟件架構(gòu)方案及主要軟件模塊的內(nèi)部組成結(jié)構(gòu),建立了主要的對象數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和主要的類圖模型,同時給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫總體設(shè)計方案和部分關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu)的實例。在實現(xiàn)方面,悅?cè)A醫(yī)院的護(hù)理信息管理系統(tǒng)采用C#編程開發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺采用Oracle,運行環(huán)境為視窗操作系統(tǒng)平臺,論文概述了程序的實現(xiàn)和部分運行實例,以及針對該軟件在程序單元層次和模塊層次的測試方法與主要結(jié)果。通過模塊測試驗證和系統(tǒng)試運行評估,目前該軟件的程序運行趨于穩(wěn)定。經(jīng)過用戶驗證評估,該軟件正確實現(xiàn)了需求分析所要求的業(yè)務(wù)功能以及安全和性能方面的各項要求,同時能夠與該醫(yī)院的整體信息系統(tǒng)的其他分系統(tǒng)正確交換業(yè)務(wù)信息,達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)目的。
[Abstract]:The nursing information management system of Yuehua Hospital is a part of the information management platform newly developed and implemented by the medical institution. The purpose of the system is to support the hospital operation and management concept with the patient as the center through advanced technical support means. At the same time in the field of nursing information to achieve more comprehensive standardization and standardization. In this paper, the development of the information system from the requirements analysis, design, programming implementation and testing are described. In the aspect of requirement, this paper analyzes the specific requirements and functional processing methods of the system in the aspects of the information management of basic nursing business, the management of nursing affairs and the management of medical record information, and establishes the main use case model. In the aspect of software design, based on the object-oriented technology and method, the paper discusses the software architecture scheme and the internal structure of the main software module, and establishes the main object data structure and the main class diagram model. At the same time, an example of the overall design of database and the structure of partial relational data table is given. In the aspect of realization, the nursing information management system of Yuehua Hospital is developed by C # programming, and the database platform is based on Oracle, operating system. The paper summarizes the implementation of the program and some examples. The test methods and main results of the software at the level of program unit and module are also given. Through the module test and the evaluation of the system running, the program of the software is running stably at present. After user verification and evaluation, the software can correctly realize the business functions, security and performance requirements required by requirements analysis, and exchange business information correctly with other subsystems of the whole information system of the hospital. The purpose of system development is achieved.
