基于TD-LTE的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's income level and the awareness of self-care, the demand for medical resources is increased to some extent. Telemedicine refers to the use of multimedia technology to carry out medical activities on various communication carriers. Telemedicine is mainly used in public health and the retrieval of various medical databases, telemedicine, remote inspection, remote monitoring, remote teaching and remote management of medical malpractice. Through telemedicine systems, patients can participate in consultation and treatment in local community and rural hospitals, and patients in different regions can receive medical consultation services from different experts, thus reducing medical costs. Therefore, the design of telemedicine system has high practical significance and value. Based on the above background, this paper studies and analyzes the present situation of telemedicine system at home and abroad, and discusses the design principle of telemedicine system by studying and studying the TD-LTE technology of the fourth generation mobile communication standard in China. The general framework of telemedicine service platform is given. The structure design of remote consultation service system, telemedicine training service system and real-time monitoring system of medical sensor is given. The analysis and design of telemedicine system based on mobile network are realized by TD-LTE technology. Then the paper analyzes the requirements of telemedicine system, including the needs of users from the point of view of patients, medical personnel and system administrators, and functional requirements from the perspective of patients and health care personnel. Performance requirements analysis and network requirements based on TD-LTE. This paper discusses the system frequency network design, system capacity design and transmission bandwidth design of the medical dedicated core network (EPC), and gives the design and simulation of the medical private network EPC. Telemedicine consultation system is an important part of telemedicine system. The function module of telemedicine consultation system designed in this paper includes login function, user management function, remote consultation function, expert inquiry function, cost inquiry function, etc. The flow chart and the interface of the module function realization are designed in this paper. The telemedicine system is extensible and open. It can improve the medical service of the hospital and improve the level of the medical service in the hospital.
