【摘要】：虛擬現(xiàn)實技術是臨床心理學中常使用的突破普通刺激呈現(xiàn)局限的手段,能進一步拉近實驗室與真實情境的相似度,為心理學研究帶來革命性的進步。本文梳理了虛擬現(xiàn)實技術在恐懼癥和焦慮癥、進食障礙和創(chuàng)傷后應激障礙上的應用,其較傳統(tǒng)心理學具有三個優(yōu)勢,最后指出虛擬現(xiàn)實技術在臨床心理學上的應用仍然處于實驗室階段,還需要在技術、治療方案、治療范圍上進一步拓展。
[Abstract]:Virtual reality (VR) is a commonly used method in clinical psychology to break through the limitation of ordinary stimuli, which can further reduce the similarity between the laboratory and the real situation, and bring revolutionary progress to the research of psychology. This paper reviews the application of virtual reality technology in phobia and anxiety disorder, eating disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, which has three advantages over traditional psychology. Finally, it is pointed out that the application of virtual reality technology in clinical psychology is still in the laboratory stage, and needs to be further expanded in technology, treatment scheme and treatment scope.
