【摘要】：建立移動電子政務系統(tǒng)對于西安市市委、市政府具有重要的意義,響應了國家對各地政府建立移動電子政務系統(tǒng)平臺的要求,提升政務工作效率,更好地服務于基層政府、企業(yè)和人民。本文對西安市未央區(qū)移動電子政務系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析、設計和實現(xiàn)。通過移動設備,系統(tǒng)能夠實現(xiàn)今日未央、部門動態(tài)、媒體看未央、通知公告、信息瀏覽、公文流轉和辦理、會議通知收發(fā)。系統(tǒng)采用了 ExMobi移動應用解決方案,采用了 C/S架構,利用跨平臺的移動應用開發(fā)中間件ExMobi和Java開發(fā)工具實現(xiàn)電子政務系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務邏輯,以及服務器與移動客戶端的信息交換,本文進行了架構設計、數據庫結構設計、模塊劃分和模塊設計,對主要模塊進行了實現(xiàn)。西安市未央區(qū)移動電子政務系統(tǒng)已經投入使用,發(fā)揮了較好的作用,取得了較好的效果。
[Abstract]:The establishment of mobile e-government system is of great significance to Xi'an municipal party committee and municipal government. It responds to the request of the state to establish mobile e-government system platform for local governments, improves the efficiency of government affairs work, and better serves the grass-roots government. Enterprises and people This paper analyses, designs and implements the mobile e-government system in Weiyang District of Xi'an City. Through mobile devices, the system can achieve today's Weiyang, departmental dynamics, the media to see Weiyang, notice announcements, information browsing, document circulation and processing, meeting notifications sent and received. The system adopts ExMobi mobile application solution, adopts C / S architecture, uses cross-platform mobile application development middleware ExMobi and Java development tools to realize the business logic of e-government system, as well as the information exchange between server and mobile client. This paper has carried on the structure design, the database structure design, the module division and the module design, has carried on the realization to the main module. The mobile e-government system in Weiyang District of Xi'an City has been put into use, has played a better role and achieved good results.
