【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,人們也越來(lái)越感受到了信息化對(duì)推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的重要性。伴隨著國(guó)內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,物業(yè)管理的各種問(wèn)題也隨之而來(lái),業(yè)主和物業(yè)管理者之間的矛盾不斷的激化和升級(jí)。如何將信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用在物業(yè)管理當(dāng)中去,有效降低物業(yè)管理部門(mén)和業(yè)主之間的矛盾以及提升物業(yè)的管理水平和效率,是當(dāng)前物業(yè)管理部門(mén)急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文是在軟件工程理論的指導(dǎo)下完成的,以推進(jìn)烏魯木齊統(tǒng)計(jì)局小區(qū)的物業(yè)管理水平的提高為目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,然后運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)理念對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)。在完成設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用C#、SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)完成了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。使用黑盒測(cè)試方法完成了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試過(guò)程,同時(shí)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試過(guò)程和測(cè)試結(jié)論進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。系統(tǒng)在烏魯木齊統(tǒng)計(jì)局小區(qū)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)行,從運(yùn)行效果來(lái)看系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常。本系統(tǒng)的使用使得物業(yè)部門(mén)和業(yè)主的關(guān)系得到了顯著的改善,使小區(qū)物業(yè)管理工作更加的高效化、智能化,起到了一定的積極促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, people are increasingly aware of the importance of information technology in promoting the development of productive forces. With the rapid development of domestic real estate industry, various problems of property management have followed, and the contradictions between owners and property managers are constantly intensified and upgraded. How to use information technology in property management, effectively reduce the contradiction between property management department and owners, and improve the management level and efficiency of property management, is the current property management departments urgently need to solve the problem. Under the guidance of software engineering theory, this paper designs and implements a set of residential property management system in order to promote the improvement of property management level in Urumqi Statistical Bureau. This paper firstly analyzes the research status of the property management system at home and abroad, and then uses the object-oriented design concept to analyze and design the system in detail. On the basis of the design, the realization process of the system is completed by using the database technology of Server 2008. The black box test method is used to complete the test process of the system, and the test process and the test conclusion are also explained. The system has been running in Urumqi Bureau of Statistics. The use of the system makes the relationship between the property department and the owner to be significantly improved, and makes the property management in the residential area more efficient and intelligent, and plays a positive role in promoting the property management.
