【摘要】：本文設(shè)計(jì)的物業(yè)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)是為某置業(yè)公司服務(wù)的,具有對(duì)物業(yè)公司業(yè)務(wù)中各種類型費(fèi)用的計(jì)費(fèi)、收費(fèi)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、匯總、管理等功能。與現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)相比,具有擴(kuò)展性高、支持費(fèi)用類型更廣、計(jì)費(fèi)精確、使用方便等特點(diǎn),在技術(shù)方面和業(yè)務(wù)方面都具有很高的先進(jìn)性。系統(tǒng)采用ASP.NET技術(shù)及MVC三層架構(gòu),提高系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的層次性,減少了系統(tǒng)的代碼量;采用LINQ技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的持久化,簡(jiǎn)化數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作;使用Ajax調(diào)用Web服務(wù),加快了客戶端響應(yīng)速度;使用Web Service實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證功能,增加了系統(tǒng)可重用性;使用jQuery完成客戶端數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證,提高了用戶體驗(yàn)。該物業(yè)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)收費(fèi)管理、信息管理、預(yù)算管理、合同管理等業(yè)務(wù)功能,為新型通用收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的建立做出了行之有效的嘗試。
[Abstract]:The property charge system designed in this paper is designed for a real estate company. It has the functions of charging, collecting, managing and so on. Compared with the existing system, it has the characteristics of high expansibility, wide support cost types, accurate billing, convenient use, and so on. It is advanced in technology and business. The system adopts ASP.NET technology and MVC three-tier architecture to improve the hierarchy of the system structure and reduce the code amount of the system; using LINQ technology to realize data persistence and simplify database operation; using Ajax to call Web services to speed up the client response speed; The unified identity authentication function is realized by using Web Service, and the reusability of the system is increased, and the user experience is improved by using jQuery to complete the client data verification. The system can realize the business functions such as charge management, information management, budget management, contract management and so on. It has made an effective attempt for the establishment of a new general charging system.
