【摘要】：商業(yè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,現(xiàn)代公司迫切需要網(wǎng)上實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公自動(dòng)化。公司內(nèi)系統(tǒng)各異,各種格式的文檔存放雜亂,不利于管理和共享。另外公司傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)審批申請(qǐng)步驟繁瑣,經(jīng)常需要在各個(gè)部門之間進(jìn)行紙質(zhì)傳遞,浪費(fèi)時(shí)間并且效率低下。針對(duì)以上情況,希望建立一個(gè)實(shí)際需要的網(wǎng)上辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。微軟SharePoint平臺(tái)有效的整合企業(yè)內(nèi)部各種應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)資源,使企業(yè)用戶通過(guò)單一入口一次性登錄來(lái)訪問(wèn)多種業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)信息。再根據(jù)訪問(wèn)信息的權(quán)限范圍展現(xiàn)所訪問(wèn)系統(tǒng)信息,對(duì)企業(yè)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及業(yè)務(wù)人員不再需要在多個(gè)系統(tǒng)切換,而進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的業(yè)務(wù)流程審批處理�；诖�,應(yīng)用SharePoint平臺(tái)搭建的企業(yè)統(tǒng)一門戶協(xié)同辦公管理系統(tǒng),所實(shí)現(xiàn)的應(yīng)用整合,與傳統(tǒng)意義上的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)集成不同,它不是以實(shí)現(xiàn)跨系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)處理為目的,而是站在企業(yè)的管理視角,增強(qiáng)科學(xué)的決策支持,全面提升企業(yè)管控。首先,本文論述了課題的研究背景及目的,然后對(duì)辦公系統(tǒng)的歷史及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)、分析與研究。然后,本文就辦公系統(tǒng)涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了討論,概述了微軟SharePoint平臺(tái)的相關(guān)知識(shí)。其次,本文對(duì)開發(fā)基于SharePoint平臺(tái)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的可行性進(jìn)行了分析,并討論了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行環(huán)境及功能需求。最后,本文從系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、門戶及業(yè)務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)技術(shù)支持三個(gè)方面出發(fā),對(duì)辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的特點(diǎn)與改進(jìn)之處在于利用SharePoint技術(shù)建立了企業(yè)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用B/S三層技術(shù)架構(gòu),并內(nèi)置了工作流引擎,提供了開放的接口進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展,能夠完全實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公系統(tǒng)的分布式管理。
[Abstract]:In the development of commercial society, modern companies urgently need to realize office automation online. Different systems within the company, various formats of document storage clutter, is not conducive to management and sharing. In addition, the traditional application procedures of paper approval are tedious, which often need to transfer paper between various departments, wasting time and low efficiency. In view of the above situation, I hope to set up a practical need of online office automation system. The Microsoft SharePoint platform effectively integrates all kinds of application business resources within the enterprise, and enables enterprise users to access the information of various business platforms through a single entry. Then, according to the scope of access information, the system information is displayed, and the leaders and business personnel at all levels of the enterprise no longer need to switch in multiple systems, but the unified business process approval processing is carried out. Based on this, the enterprise unified portal cooperative office management system based on SharePoint platform is different from the traditional application system integration, it is not to achieve cross-system business processing as the purpose. But stand in the enterprise management perspective, enhance scientific decision-making support, improve enterprise management and control in an all-round way. First, this paper discusses the research background and purpose of the subject, and then summarizes, analyzes and studies the history and present situation of the office system. Then, this paper discusses the related technology of office system, and summarizes the related knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform. Secondly, this paper analyzes the feasibility of developing cooperative office system based on SharePoint platform, and discusses the running environment and functional requirements of the system. Finally, this paper designs and implements the office system from three aspects: system architecture, portal and business function design, and development technology support. The characteristic and improvement of this paper lies in the establishment of cooperative office system by using SharePoint technology. The system adopts the B / S three-tier technology structure and has built-in workflow engine. It provides an open interface for function expansion and can completely realize the distributed management of office system.
