【摘要】：隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用與房地產(chǎn)管理的結(jié)合成為趨勢,數(shù)字化房地產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)重構(gòu)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的管理流程,減少管理業(yè)務(wù)工作的負(fù)荷,加快數(shù)據(jù)處理速度,提高信息的質(zhì)量和工作人員的工作效率。所以數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)有助于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)降低管理成本,獲取更高的利益。房地產(chǎn)綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與運行勢在必行。本房地產(chǎn)綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過對采集的客戶需求信息進(jìn)行分析、梳理,被清晰地劃分為五大模塊,分別為房產(chǎn)管理,產(chǎn)權(quán)登記管理,交易登記,合同登記,系統(tǒng)管理。這五大模塊分工明確無歧義,用戶從字面上就可理解其相應(yīng)功能。這五大模塊間又有密切的數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系,共同實現(xiàn)整個管理系統(tǒng)的功能強大性和完整性。本系統(tǒng)旨在為用戶提供一個高效管理房地產(chǎn)信息的數(shù)字化平臺,用戶只需在這個系統(tǒng)中做簡單的操作即可管理復(fù)雜的商地產(chǎn)事務(wù),提高工作效率和管理水平。本文在開發(fā)設(shè)計過程中,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫采用了 SQLServer2005數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),該數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)具有較高的安全性以及穩(wěn)定性,軟件開發(fā)采用簡單靈活的開發(fā)語言,編輯起來簡單靈活,安全性高,具有多種優(yōu)點。本文力求建設(shè)一個界面簡潔大方,模塊清晰易懂,用戶只需要具有基礎(chǔ)的計算機(jī)操作水平即可對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行操作。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, the combination of information system application and real estate management has become a trend. Digital real estate management system can restructure the management process of real estate enterprises, reduce the load of management business work, speed up the speed of data processing, improve the quality of information and work efficiency of the staff. The management system can help the real estate enterprises to reduce the cost of management and gain higher interests. The development and operation of the real estate comprehensive information management system is imperative. The integrated information management system of real estate is analyzed and sorted through the analysis of the collected customer needs information, and it is clearly divided into five modules, which are property management and property rights, respectively. Registration management, transaction registration, contract registration, system management. The division of labor of the five modules is clear and unambiguous, and the user can understand its corresponding function literally. There are close data links between the five modules to jointly realize the power and integrity of the whole management system. This system aims to provide users with an efficient management of real estate. In the digital platform of information, users only need to do simple operations in this system to manage complex commercial real estate transactions and improve work efficiency and management level. In the process of development and design, the system database adopts the SQLServer2005 database system. The database system has high security and stability, software development. Using a simple and flexible development language, editing is simple, flexible, high security, and has many advantages. This article tries to build a simple and easy interface, the module is clear and easy to understand, and the user only needs the basic computer operation level to operate the system.
