【摘要】：河北省農(nóng)信社現(xiàn)存的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下研發(fā)出的適合農(nóng)信社當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)需要的報(bào)表系統(tǒng)。但隨著新經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,信息化技術(shù)的不斷完善,該財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)無(wú)論在應(yīng)用上還是技術(shù)上都無(wú)法滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下對(duì)農(nóng)信社處理各種財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的需求,從而導(dǎo)致很多種類的報(bào)表無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理,很多種類的數(shù)據(jù)都需要大量的人工錄入,進(jìn)而影響了農(nóng)信社正常的工作效率。為了解決河北省農(nóng)信社現(xiàn)存財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)的不足,同時(shí)也為了更好的適應(yīng)當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)信社處理財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表能力的考驗(yàn),河北省農(nóng)信社迫切需要對(duì)現(xiàn)有的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改良。本文在對(duì)河北省農(nóng)信社財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改良的過(guò)程中,都是利用現(xiàn)有比較成熟并且貼合農(nóng)信社實(shí)際需求的技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)上采用B/S模式,客戶機(jī)只需安裝一個(gè)瀏覽器,就能通過(guò)web服務(wù)器同數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行交互。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)采用現(xiàn)今編程語(yǔ)言中安全性較高、移植性較強(qiáng)的的Java語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)在對(duì)框架進(jìn)行搭建時(shí),充分利用了J2EE架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理念,將設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象進(jìn)行輕量級(jí)的封裝,使編程人員在設(shè)計(jì)該系統(tǒng)時(shí)能夠更加靈活,并同時(shí)融合采用Hibernate框架、SpringMVC框架等技術(shù)將整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯、數(shù)據(jù)以及界面分成模型層、視圖層和控制層進(jìn)行顯示分離。另外,系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)今處理數(shù)據(jù)能力較強(qiáng)的Oracle 11g數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。河北省農(nóng)信社財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能模塊有常用業(yè)務(wù)功能、報(bào)表查詢、數(shù)據(jù)補(bǔ)錄、報(bào)表管理和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)五個(gè)方面。其中常用業(yè)務(wù)功能包含工作臺(tái)管理、信息公告、收藏夾管理、指標(biāo)查詢和報(bào)表打印五個(gè)功能模塊。報(bào)表查詢包含財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表查詢、合并報(bào)表查詢兩個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)功能。數(shù)據(jù)補(bǔ)錄模塊主要包括整表補(bǔ)錄和數(shù)據(jù)查看及匯總兩個(gè)功能模塊。報(bào)表管理功能模塊主要包括報(bào)表資源管理、報(bào)表發(fā)布管理、報(bào)表權(quán)限管理、報(bào)表校驗(yàn)公式配置和自定義報(bào)表管理五個(gè)功能模塊。系統(tǒng)維護(hù)功能模塊主要包括系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)維護(hù)和系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)維護(hù)兩個(gè)模塊。河北省農(nóng)信社財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的完成,滿足了河北省農(nóng)信社對(duì)各種報(bào)表進(jìn)行信息化管理的更高需求,同時(shí)大大降低了人工錄入數(shù)據(jù)的工作量,提高了農(nóng)信社的工作效率。最終該系統(tǒng)也適應(yīng)了當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)日新月異不斷發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,提高了對(duì)農(nóng)信社處理各種財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理能力的要求。
[Abstract]:The present financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative is a report system developed under the economic environment at that time which is suitable for the economic needs of the Rural Credit Cooperative at that time. However, with the development of new economy and the improvement of information technology, the financial statement management system can not meet the needs of rural credit cooperatives in handling all kinds of financial statements under the social and economic conditions. As a result, many kinds of reports can not realize information management, many kinds of data need a large number of manual input, and then affect the normal work efficiency of rural credit cooperatives. In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative, and to better adapt to the test of the ability of the Rural Credit Cooperative to handle the financial statements in today's economic development, Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative urgently needs to improve the existing financial statement management system. In the process of improving the financial report system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative, this paper makes use of the existing mature technology to meet the actual demand of the Rural Credit Cooperative. The system adopts B / S mode in network structure. The client can interact with database through web server by installing a browser. At the same time, the system is designed with Java language which has high security and strong portability. The system makes full use of J2EE architecture design idea, and encapsulates the design object in lightweight, so that the programmer can design the system more flexibly. At the same time, it uses hibernate framework and Spring MVC framework to separate the business logic, data and interface of the whole system into model layer, view layer and control layer. In addition, the data structure of the system is designed by using Oracle 11g database which has strong data processing ability. The function module of the financial report management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative has five aspects: common business function, report inquiry, data supplement, report management and system maintenance. The commonly used business functions include workbench management, information announcement, favorites management, index query and report printing function modules. Report query includes financial statement query, consolidated report query two business functions. The data complement module mainly includes two function modules: the whole table complement and the data view and summary. The report management function module mainly includes five function modules: report resource management, report release management, report permission management, report check formula configuration and custom report management. System maintenance function module mainly includes two modules: system basic maintenance and system business maintenance. The design and implementation of the financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative meet the higher demand of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative for information management of various forms, and greatly reduce the workload of manual input data. The working efficiency of the rural credit cooperatives has been improved. Finally, the system also adapts to the rapid development of social economy and improves the management ability of rural credit cooperatives to handle all kinds of financial statements.
