【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)教育是影響一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力的重要因素。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有一千多萬(wàn)中小學(xué)教師,承擔(dān)著世界上最大規(guī)模的中小學(xué)教育,而高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍,是高質(zhì)量教育的一個(gè)基本條件。教師檔案是收集教師專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)成就和進(jìn)步材料,真實(shí)反映教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)歷程的憑證,是教師在職業(yè)生涯中不斷學(xué)習(xí)研究、實(shí)踐反思、積累進(jìn)步的個(gè)性化的鮮活的歷史見(jiàn)證,是全方位記錄和展示教師在師德、教育教學(xué)、教育科研、繼續(xù)教育等方面的真實(shí)情況的材料匯集,它直接反映一個(gè)學(xué)校質(zhì)量的教學(xué)和教學(xué)管理的整體水平。教師檔案材料的收集、整理、保存和利用,對(duì)促進(jìn)改善教師的教學(xué)工作,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教學(xué)管理水平具有十分重要的意義。隨著中小學(xué)校的發(fā)展,學(xué)校的教師隊(duì)伍的不斷壯大,管理教師檔案的任務(wù)越來(lái)越繁重。因此,有必要建立有效,統(tǒng)一的中小學(xué)教師檔案管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)教師檔案業(yè)務(wù)的共享操作,保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的一致性、完整性、時(shí)效性,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源的共享,使規(guī)范的管理透過(guò)現(xiàn)代化的信息系統(tǒng)深入人事的業(yè)務(wù)和管理流程,理順工作關(guān)系,提高工作效率。本課題任務(wù)是完成對(duì)中小學(xué)教師檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),以提高中小學(xué)教師檔案的管理效率。系統(tǒng)基于現(xiàn)有Flex框架開(kāi)發(fā),前臺(tái)使用Flex編程語(yǔ)言,后臺(tái)使用Java編程語(yǔ)言,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用MySQL,服務(wù)器使用Tomcat。編程工具為MyEclipse+Flash Builder。本文首先介紹了課題研究的背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)以及課題研究的意義,提出了課題的任務(wù)。其次,闡述了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)中應(yīng)用的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括B/S架構(gòu)、Flex語(yǔ)言、Java語(yǔ)言和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。接著,從系統(tǒng)的需求分析入手,重點(diǎn)介紹了本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體過(guò)程,并且給出了部分功能模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表和一些功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本論文在測(cè)試部分給出了測(cè)試用例和測(cè)試結(jié)果。最后,論文總結(jié)了本系統(tǒng)的不足,并對(duì)未來(lái)的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Basic education is an important factor affecting a country's comprehensive national strength. There are more than 10 million primary and middle school teachers in our country, who undertake the largest primary and secondary education in the world, and high quality teachers are a basic condition of high quality education. Teachers' archives are the evidence to collect teachers' professional learning achievements and progressive materials, and to truly reflect the teachers' professional growth process. It is also a vivid historical witness of teachers' continuous study, practice, reflection and accumulation of progress in their professional careers. It is a collection of materials that record and display teachers' true situation in teachers' ethics, education and teaching, education and scientific research, continuing education, etc. It directly reflects the overall level of teaching and teaching management of a school. The collection, collation, preservation and utilization of teachers' archival materials are of great significance in promoting the improvement of teachers' teaching work, improving the teaching quality and the level of teaching management. With the development of primary and middle schools and the growing of teachers, the task of managing teachers' files is becoming more and more arduous. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an effective and unified file management system for primary and secondary school teachers, to realize the sharing operation of teachers' archival business, to maintain the consistency, integrity and timeliness of data, and to realize the sharing of information resources. Through the modern information system, the standard management can be used to deepen the personnel business and management process, to straighten out the working relationship and to improve the working efficiency. This task is to complete the design and implementation of the primary and secondary school teacher file management system, in order to improve the efficiency of the management of primary and secondary school teachers' archives. The system is developed based on the existing Flex framework. The foreground uses Flex programming language, the background uses Java programming language, the database uses MySQL, and the server uses Tomcat. The programming tool is MyEclipse Flash Builder. This paper first introduces the background of the research, the current situation and trend of the development at home and abroad, and the significance of the research, and puts forward the task of the subject. Secondly, the related technologies in the system development are described, including the B / S architecture, Flex language, Java language and MySQL database. Then, starting with the requirement analysis of the system, the design and implementation process of the system is introduced, and the database table of some functional modules and the realization of some functional modules are given. In this paper, the test cases and test results are given in the test section. Finally, the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the system, and prospects for future work.
