【摘要】：本文論述啟東市產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展決策輔助系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目的是為啟東市政府進(jìn)行本地產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策及項(xiàng)目管理提供決策輔助工具,使政府部門能夠采取有針對性和長期性的地方產(chǎn)經(jīng)促進(jìn)政策,特別是通過各種產(chǎn)經(jīng)創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展類型的項(xiàng)目形式來實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策的目的。論文圍繞上述目標(biāo),以軟件工程的方法為線索,著重論述了以下工作。從啟東市的產(chǎn)經(jīng)政策管理運(yùn)作亟需改進(jìn)的方面出發(fā),確定了本系統(tǒng)的必要性和核心的功能內(nèi)容,展開討論了各項(xiàng)功能要素的內(nèi)涵,并通過用例圖進(jìn)行了描述,為該軟件的設(shè)計(jì)建立基礎(chǔ)。闡述了該系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu),說明了模塊的配置和內(nèi)部主要對象單元的分類設(shè)計(jì),基于偽程序代碼描述了在代表性的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和處理流程圖,并說明了數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)方案及其代表性的數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu),為編程實(shí)現(xiàn)建立基礎(chǔ)。簡述了啟東市產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展決策輔助系統(tǒng)的編程工具,通過少數(shù)代表性的程序?qū)嵗龑υ摮绦虻膶?shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了概述。該軟件基于C#/.NET和SQL Server編程開發(fā)。在目前的試運(yùn)行階段,不僅為某些重要的產(chǎn)經(jīng)決策提供了支持性的指標(biāo)依據(jù),而且還為管理者提供了為保證項(xiàng)目和政策效果所需要重點(diǎn)保障的資源類指標(biāo)和政策性指標(biāo)變量的水平和范圍。因此,該軟件的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用在目前已經(jīng)取得了積極的效果。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the software design and implementation of Qidong Industrial Economic Development decision support system. The purpose of the system is to provide the Qidong municipal government with decision-making tools for local industrial economic development policies and project management, so that government departments can adopt targeted and long-term local production and economic promotion policies. Especially through various types of economic innovation and development of the project form to implement economic development policy. This paper focuses on the following work, taking the method of software engineering as the clue. In this paper, the necessity and core functional contents of the system are determined from the aspects of the urgent improvement of Qidong's production and economic policy management, and the connotation of each functional element is discussed, and the use case diagram is used to describe it. Establish the foundation for the design of the software. The software architecture of the system is expounded, and the configuration of the module and the classification design of the main object units are explained. Based on the pseudo-program code, the representative data structure and processing flow chart are described. The design scheme of database and its representative database table structure are explained, and the foundation for programming is established. This paper briefly introduces the programming tools of Qidong industrial economic development decision assistant system, and summarizes the realization of the program through a few representative program examples. The software is based on the programming of #.net and SQL Server. At the present stage of trial operation, it not only provides a supporting index basis for some important industrial and economic decision-making, It also provides the level and scope of resource index and policy index variable which need to be guaranteed in order to ensure the effect of project and policy. Therefore, the development and application of the software has achieved positive results.
