【摘要】：目前上海卷煙廠只在卷煙紙和水松紙材料方面存在管理系統(tǒng),可以通過管理系統(tǒng)軟件來實現(xiàn)要料、退換料的功能。但是,該卷煙材料管理系統(tǒng)不完善,缺少卷煙紙和水松紙的質(zhì)量反饋系統(tǒng),而且缺少膠水、濾棒、煙絲的要料和退換料功能,以及缺少膠水、濾棒、煙絲的質(zhì)量反饋系統(tǒng),因此,增加了卷煙質(zhì)量問題,降低了卷煙生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量和工廠生產(chǎn)效率。上海卷煙廠卷煙材料生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)包括材料庫管理、要料管理、送料管理、驗料管理、退換料管理和個人信息管理六個功能模塊。首先,本文增加了卷煙紙和水松紙的質(zhì)量反饋功能,卷煙紙、水松紙生產(chǎn)時容易斷紙,當發(fā)生斷紙、機器停機,以及紙張不完整時,可以及時向材料庫反饋情況,從而減少卷煙質(zhì)量問題、提升生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量。其次,增加了膠水、濾棒、煙絲的要料和退換料功能,使得卷煙廠的卷煙材料管理更加全面。第三,增加了膠水、濾棒、煙絲的質(zhì)量反饋功能,當發(fā)生膠水粘性不夠?qū)е戮頍煷羁壅巢蛔　V棒過大或過小導致水松紙包不住或掉頭,以及煙絲顆粒過大造成煙支漏氣等質(zhì)量問題時,及時向材料庫反饋,從而減少相應的質(zhì)量問題。該系統(tǒng)是一套C/S架構(gòu)的管理系統(tǒng),運用Java語言和Eclipse開發(fā)平臺進行開發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Oracle。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了卷煙紙、水松紙、濾棒、煙絲和膠水的全方位生產(chǎn)管理和質(zhì)量反饋,減少了卷煙質(zhì)量問題,節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)時工作人員的溝通交流的時間,提高了卷煙的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量和企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:At present, there is only a management system in cigarette paper and pine paper materials in Shanghai cigarette Factory, which can realize the function of material demand and material exchange through management system software. However, the cigarette material management system is not perfect, the quality feedback system of cigarette paper and pine paper is lacking, and the quality feedback system of glue, filter rod, tobacco feed and return, as well as the quality feedback system of glue, filter rod and cut tobacco is lacking. Therefore, the problem of cigarette quality is increased, and the production efficiency and production efficiency of cigarette are reduced. The cigarette material production management system of Shanghai cigarette Factory includes six functional modules: material warehouse management, material management, feed management, material inspection management, material return management and personal information management. First of all, this paper adds the quality feedback function of cigarette paper and water pine paper. Cigarette paper and water pine paper are easy to break in production. When paper break occurs, machine stops, and paper is incomplete, it can give feedback to material bank in time. In order to reduce the quality of cigarettes and improve production output. Secondly, the functions of glue, filter rod, tobacco feed and material exchange are added, which makes cigarette material management more comprehensive in cigarette factory. Third, the quality feedback function of glue, filter rod and cut tobacco is added. When the glue is not enough, the cigarette fastening is not adhered, and the filter stick is too large or too small, so that the water pine paper can not be wrapped or turned around. And when the tobacco grain is too large, the quality problems such as gas leakage of cigarette branch should be fed back to the material bank in time, so as to reduce the corresponding quality problems. The system is a management system based on C / S architecture. Java language and Eclipse development platform are used to develop the system. Oracle is used in database. The system realizes the omni-directional production management and quality feedback of cigarette paper, pine paper, filter stick, cut tobacco and glue, reduces the problem of cigarette quality, and saves the time of communication and communication between the staff during production. The production yield of cigarettes and the production efficiency of enterprises have been improved.
