基于本體的應(yīng)急仿真演練方案生成研究

【摘要】:突發(fā)事件頻繁發(fā)生帶來(lái)的危害使得應(yīng)急管理在世界范圍內(nèi)越來(lái)越被重視,許多國(guó)家紛紛投入大量的物力人力開展應(yīng)急研究工作。其中,應(yīng)急演練作為檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)急準(zhǔn)備工作的重要手段,對(duì)于具有不同行動(dòng)管理機(jī)制且缺乏溝通合作的應(yīng)急組織而言,是提升其應(yīng)急響應(yīng)協(xié)同處置能力的主要方式。應(yīng)急演練方案是實(shí)施應(yīng)急演練的依據(jù),負(fù)責(zé)串聯(lián)各應(yīng)急演練成員間的協(xié)作,其制定依賴于演練成員間共同的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。然而,應(yīng)急演練所需知識(shí)來(lái)源于非結(jié)構(gòu)化文檔且存在多源異構(gòu)的情況,難以在應(yīng)急演練成員間實(shí)現(xiàn)共享,不利于演練過(guò)程中信息的傳遞。為此,本文將本體知識(shí)工程引入到演練相關(guān)知識(shí)的表達(dá)中,對(duì)基于本體的應(yīng)急仿真演練方案生成過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文分析歸納了演練相關(guān)要素并對(duì)其進(jìn)行本體建模。通過(guò)查閱各種演練相關(guān)的方案腳本,對(duì)多源化的演練相關(guān)要素進(jìn)行提取、分類與定義。同時(shí)根據(jù)本體建模的原則與方法,在protégé軟件中構(gòu)建演練要素的本體類及相關(guān)屬性并生成OWL文件。以此為基礎(chǔ),提出了應(yīng)急演練方案生成方法。在分析方案的內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,引入數(shù)據(jù)版本作為演練要素與演練方案中間數(shù)據(jù)橋梁,從而構(gòu)成方案生成方法的三層邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了應(yīng)急仿真演練方案系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了演練知識(shí)與本體文件之間的映射,解決了計(jì)算機(jī)理解并共享方案數(shù)據(jù)的問題,并為應(yīng)急演練仿真服務(wù)平臺(tái)提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)急仿真演練方案生成方法涉及了知識(shí)建模、應(yīng)急仿真演練、情景構(gòu)建等多方面的研究,是演練方案知識(shí)構(gòu)建方法的新嘗試。其中,提出的演練要素的分析歸納與演練方案的系統(tǒng)化生成是本文研究的難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn),通過(guò)本體形式數(shù)據(jù)與文本之間的映射,實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)仿真平臺(tái)上的數(shù)據(jù)共享與互操作,在應(yīng)急仿真演練的信息化建設(shè)中具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Emergency management has been paid more and more attention in the world because of the harm caused by the frequent occurrence of emergencies. Many countries have invested a lot of material resources to carry out emergency research work. As an important means to test emergency preparedness, emergency drill is the main way to improve the ability of collaborative response for emergency organizations with different operational management mechanisms and lack of communication and cooperation. The emergency drill scheme is the basis for the implementation of the emergency drill. It is responsible for the cooperation among the members of the emergency drill in series, and its formulation depends on the common knowledge base among the members of the drill. However, the knowledge needed for emergency drills comes from unstructured documents and there are many heterogeneous sources, so it is difficult to share information among members of emergency drills, which is not conducive to the transfer of information in the exercise process. In this paper, ontology knowledge engineering is introduced into the expression of relevant knowledge, and the process of generating emergency simulation scheme based on ontology is studied. First of all, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant elements of the exercise and carries out ontology modeling. By consulting the relevant scheme scripts of various kinds of drills, this paper extracts, classifies and defines the relevant elements of multi-source drills. At the same time, according to the principles and methods of ontology modeling, the ontology classes and related attributes of walkthrough elements are constructed in prot 茅 g 茅 software and the OWL files are generated. Based on this, the method of generating emergency drill scheme is put forward. Based on the analysis of the content and structure of the scheme, the data version is introduced as the data bridge between the elements of the drill and the middle of the scheme, thus constituting the three-layer logical structure of the scheme generation method. Finally, the emergency simulation scheme system is designed and developed. The mapping between knowledge and ontology files is realized, and the problem of computer understanding and sharing scheme data is solved. And provides the basic data support for the emergency drill simulation service platform. The method of emergency simulation scheme generation in this paper involves many aspects, such as knowledge modeling, emergency simulation exercise, scenario construction and so on. It is a new attempt of knowledge construction method of drill scheme. Among them, the analysis and induction of the exercise elements and the systematic generation of the drill scheme are the difficulties and emphases of the research in this paper. Through the mapping between the ontology form data and the text, the data sharing and interoperability on the whole simulation platform can be realized. It has the application value in the information construction of the emergency simulation drill.
