某公司工程測繪管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著社會信息化和網(wǎng)絡化的快速發(fā)展,越來越多工程項目的管理方式也隨著發(fā)生了相應的變化,其中的工程測繪管理也跟著發(fā)生了變化,以前公司的工程測繪管理是極其混亂的,其基本情況都是其中大部分的業(yè)務是針對公司的工程測繪管理業(yè)務,于是就造成了需要測繪時才去找測繪,需要設計時才去找設計,而需要支付和結算業(yè)務的時候財務管理部門又需要使勁回憶之前具體做的工作,這就造成了公司各個業(yè)務部門之間無法及時聯(lián)系和溝通的局面,信息無法準確到達相關業(yè)務口,也就無法實現(xiàn)快速共享。信息化的管理便應運而生,這是一種將分散的信息進行集中,因為傳統(tǒng)信息的傳送途徑是通過簡單的人工傳送,使得辦事效率極低,信息彼此獨立,也不能達到共享,這將不利于領導層的信息統(tǒng)計與決策。于是急需一個將公司各業(yè)務信息集成化的系統(tǒng),來解決以上問題,提高效率。近幾年,我國的測繪技術與手段已取得飛速發(fā)展,不再是原始的人工處理,而逐步向信息化轉變。工程測繪管理系統(tǒng)是在網(wǎng)絡硬件為平臺,利用信息化技術為國家和公司實現(xiàn)有效地給予較為準確的工程測繪數(shù)據(jù),為后續(xù)的建設提供保障。其基本特征是將工程項目測繪數(shù)據(jù)進行快速錄入進系統(tǒng),在后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫進行實時更新,讓數(shù)據(jù)保持最新狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)了工程測繪數(shù)據(jù)資源的共享和一體化。本文設計和實現(xiàn)了針對某公司的工程測繪管理系統(tǒng),用于對該公司工程測繪相關業(yè)務的管理,采用信息化技術優(yōu)化管理效率,強化項目規(guī)劃及設計流程,并加強項目監(jiān)理。本文首先分析了某公司工程測繪管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和趨勢,確定了該管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務模式和核心業(yè)務塊;概要描述了系統(tǒng)的體系結構和功能模塊;細致介紹了系統(tǒng)需求分析;然后據(jù)此確定表和字段,構成數(shù)據(jù)庫,逐漸開發(fā)出各業(yè)務模塊,最終完成了工程測繪管理系統(tǒng)的設計。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了對以下方面的實時監(jiān)理,如:工程項目的設計、測繪、圖紙、合同、預算和支付費用;規(guī)范了該公司的管理業(yè)務流程,提升其管理水平,提高效率。系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)符合公司內所有工作人員的辦公需要,給工程測繪管理業(yè)務提供了一個快捷規(guī)范的管理流程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social information and networking, more and more engineering project management mode has also changed with the corresponding changes, and the engineering surveying and mapping management has also changed. In the past, the engineering surveying and mapping management of the company was extremely chaotic. The basic situation was that most of the business was aimed at the engineering surveying and mapping management business of the company. As a result, when surveying and mapping were needed, it was only to look for surveying and mapping, and when it was necessary to design, to look for design. When the payment and settlement business is needed, the financial management department also needs to recall the specific work done before, which has resulted in a situation where the company's various business departments are unable to communicate and communicate in a timely manner, and the information cannot reach the relevant business mouth accurately. There is no quick share. The management of information emerges as the times require. This is a kind of centralization of scattered information, because the traditional way of transmitting information is through simple manual transmission, so that the work efficiency is extremely low, the information is independent of each other, and the information can not be shared. This will be detrimental to the leadership of information statistics and decision-making. Therefore, an integrated system is urgently needed to solve the above problems and improve efficiency. In recent years, the surveying and mapping technology and means of our country has made rapid development, no longer the original manual processing, but gradually changed to information. The engineering surveying and mapping management system is based on the network hardware, using the information technology to effectively give accurate engineering surveying and mapping data for the country and the company, and to provide the guarantee for the subsequent construction. Its basic characteristic is to input the engineering project surveying and mapping data into the system quickly, to update the database in the background in real time, to make the data keep up to date, and to realize the sharing and integration of the engineering surveying and mapping data resources. This paper designs and implements the engineering surveying and mapping management system for a company, which is used to manage the engineering surveying and mapping related business of the company, to optimize the management efficiency by using the information technology, to strengthen the project planning and design process, and to strengthen the project supervision. This paper first analyzes the background and trend of the development of engineering surveying and mapping management system in a company, determines the business model and core business block of the management system, describes the architecture and function modules of the system, and introduces the system requirement analysis in detail. Then the tables and fields are determined, the database is formed, the business modules are gradually developed, and the design of the engineering surveying and mapping management system is finally completed. The system realizes the real-time supervision of the following aspects, such as the design, mapping, drawing, contract, budget and payment of the project, standardizing the management business process of the company, improving its management level and improving its efficiency. The implementation of the system meets the office needs of all the staff in the company and provides a fast and standardized management process for the engineering surveying and mapping management business.
