【摘要】:藍(lán)寶石是一種集優(yōu)良光學(xué)性能、物理性能和化學(xué)性能的獨(dú)特晶體,廣泛地應(yīng)用于科學(xué)技術(shù)、國防與民用工業(yè)、電子技術(shù)等諸多領(lǐng)域。近幾年,藍(lán)寶石晶體在智能終端產(chǎn)品防護(hù)屏的應(yīng)用廣受關(guān)注,其生產(chǎn)需求量也隨之激增,這對藍(lán)寶石晶體生產(chǎn)設(shè)備監(jiān)控途徑的多樣性提出了更高的要求。目前,藍(lán)寶石晶體生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的監(jiān)控主要以現(xiàn)場人員監(jiān)控為主,這極大地限制了生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度以及生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。針對以上問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了基于Android平臺(tái)的藍(lán)寶石長晶設(shè)備物聯(lián)監(jiān)控軟件。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、分析及了解Android開發(fā)平臺(tái)及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),針對藍(lán)寶石長晶設(shè)備物聯(lián)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控要求,進(jìn)行軟件需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于Android平臺(tái)的整體軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案。2、運(yùn)用Socket使作為客戶端的軟件與藍(lán)寶石長晶工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的服務(wù)器端進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信,實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件向服務(wù)器端發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)查詢等請求后得到相應(yīng)反饋,接收PC服務(wù)器端傳送過來的數(shù)據(jù)。3、針對藍(lán)寶石設(shè)備軟件的功能分析,進(jìn)行了基于Android平臺(tái)的軟件界面設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)可視化,顯示加熱功率,加熱電壓電流,冷卻水溫、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度、晶體重量和生長速度等長晶參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),顯示加熱功率等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)曲線,顯示異常情況的報(bào)警信息。4、針對軟件的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與管理要求,運(yùn)用Android系統(tǒng)自帶的SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使得服務(wù)器端發(fā)送至客戶端的藍(lán)寶石長晶參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)得到有效處理。5、對本文設(shè)計(jì)的Android應(yīng)用程序進(jìn)行了安全性分析,并對藍(lán)寶石長晶設(shè)備監(jiān)控物聯(lián)軟件功能進(jìn)行了測試和分析。本文設(shè)計(jì)的藍(lán)寶石長晶設(shè)備監(jiān)控物聯(lián)軟件,經(jīng)過初步測試,其功能基本符合實(shí)際需求,能較為準(zhǔn)確且穩(wěn)定地實(shí)現(xiàn)獲取現(xiàn)場設(shè)備各個(gè)參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)、實(shí)時(shí)曲線等功能,較好地滿足遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測的需求。
[Abstract]:Sapphire is a unique crystal with excellent optical, physical and chemical properties, which is widely used in many fields such as science and technology, national defense and civil industry, electronic technology and so on. In recent years, the application of sapphire crystal in the protection screen of intelligent terminal product has been paid more attention to, and the production demand has increased rapidly, which puts forward higher requirements for the diversity of monitoring methods of sapphire crystal production equipment. At present, the monitoring of sapphire crystal production equipment is mainly controlled by field personnel, which greatly limits the degree of production automation and production scale. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs and develops a Sapphire long crystal equipment monitoring software based on Android platform. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1, analyzing and understanding the Android development platform and Internet of things technology, according to the requirements of the Sapphire long crystal equipment monitoring system, the software requirements analysis, This paper designs a whole software design scheme based on Android platform. It uses Socket to make the software as a client communicate with the server end of sapphire long crystal industry field. The software can send data query to the server and receive the data from the PC server. According to the function analysis of the sapphire equipment software, the software interface design based on Android platform is carried out. Realize the data visualization, display the real time data of the long crystal parameters such as heating power, heating voltage and current, cooling water temperature, rotation speed, crystal weight and growth speed, and display the real-time curve of the key parameters such as heating power, etc. According to the data storage and management requirements of the software, the SQLite database of Android system is used to design the alarm information. The data of sapphire long crystal parameters sent from the server to the client are processed effectively. The security analysis of the Android application program designed in this paper is carried out and the function of the Sapphire long crystal equipment monitoring software is tested and analyzed. The Sapphire long crystal equipment monitoring and material connection software designed in this paper, after the preliminary test, its function basically accords with the actual demand, can obtain the real time data and the real time curve of each parameter of the field equipment accurately and stably, and so on. To meet the requirements of remote monitoring.
