【摘要】：從大數據共享平臺的特性入手,分析其系統(tǒng)結構與現階段我國的建設思路。研究提出:(1)大數據共享平臺具有應用導向、雙向開放、零邊際成本、技術包容和政府主導5個特性;(2)大數據共享平臺是由管理運營系統(tǒng)、數據資源平臺和數據應用平臺等三大板塊構成的無邊界虛擬平臺體系;(3)現階段我國建設大數據共享平臺適合采取牽引社會資本、推進資源共享、建立利益交換機制、借助產學研一體化、完善政策保障等思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of big data sharing platform, the system structure and construction ideas of our country are analyzed. It is proposed that the big data sharing platform is an application-oriented, two-way open, zero-marginal cost, technology-inclusive and government-led big data sharing platform. Data resource platform and data application platform, etc.) at present, the construction of big data sharing platform in our country is suitable for the traction of social capital, the promotion of resource sharing, and the establishment of benefit exchange mechanism.
