【摘要】：為了研究用戶移動APP的持續(xù)使用意愿,從信息系統(tǒng)和用戶行為視角,基于系統(tǒng)成功理論和期望確認(rèn)理論構(gòu)建整合的移動APP持續(xù)使用研究模型,以健康A(chǔ)PP為研究對象,通過調(diào)查問卷收集數(shù)據(jù),利用Smart PlS構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。研究表明信息質(zhì)量、系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量顯著影響用戶的感知有用性,服務(wù)質(zhì)量顯著影響用戶的期望確認(rèn),期望確認(rèn)能夠增強用戶的感知有用性;感知有用性和期望確認(rèn)共同顯著影響用戶的滿意度,用戶滿意度和感知有用性是用戶持續(xù)使用意愿的主要因素。
[Abstract]:In order to study the users' willingness to continue to use mobile APP, based on the theory of system success and expectation confirmation, a research model of mobile APP sustainable use is constructed from the perspective of information system and user behavior. The research object is healthy APP. The data were collected by questionnaire, and the structural equation model was constructed by using Smart PlS. The research shows that information quality, system quality and service quality significantly affect the perceived usefulness of users, and the quality of service significantly affects the expected confirmation of users, which can enhance the perceived usefulness of users. Perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation have a significant impact on user satisfaction. User satisfaction and perceived usefulness are the main factors of users' willingness to use continuously.
