【摘要】：隨著天然氣加注行業(yè)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)靠打電話聯系、依靠紙質派工單和手動記錄維修結果的方式已經越來越不適應加氣機售后服務的需要。在互聯網和信息技術高速發(fā)展的今天,業(yè)務人員對信息化移動辦公有了較大的需求,他們希望能夠及時完成業(yè)務,隨時隨地的了解作業(yè)信息。為此,北京長空航科天然氣設備有限公司和我實驗室進行合作,開發(fā)一個以長空天然氣公司售后服務系統(tǒng)和公司知識管理為主,可配置的,工作流程自定義的信息化管理平臺-基于移動互聯網的加氣機信息服務系統(tǒng)�；谝苿踊ヂ摼W的加氣機信息服務系統(tǒng)主要包括兩部分的內容,一部分基于B/S(瀏覽器/服務器)結構的Web管理系統(tǒng),另一部分是基于APP/S(手機端/服務器)結構的APP端后臺管理系統(tǒng),而且這兩部分也是本論文闡述的重點所在。Web管理系統(tǒng)整體采用springMVC、spring和hibernate框架實現,權限管理采用spring security,還包括mysql數據庫、maven、Tomcat和html等工具和技術。它的主要功能包括人員權限管理,流程管理,表單管理,辦公自動化和知識分享等。APP端后臺管理系統(tǒng)采用和Web管理系統(tǒng)相同的技術,主要目的是為手機端APP(包括android和ios)提供相應接口,所采用的數據提供方式是HTTP+JSON。本論文從以下幾點進行論述:1、闡述了項目的研究背景和主要功能。2、詳細介紹了實現基于移動互聯網的加氣機信息服務系統(tǒng)使用到的核心技術和開發(fā)流程,包括mysql數據庫、springMVC+spring+hibernate 主流開發(fā)框架、HTML+CSS+JQUERY 前端技術和maven等工具。3、描述了整個信息服務系統(tǒng)的兩大組成部分:Web管理系統(tǒng)和APP端后臺管理系統(tǒng),并從需求分析、系統(tǒng)結構設計和模塊設計以及功能實現等角度闡述該系統(tǒng)從設計到實現的流程。4、結合spring serurity對系統(tǒng)的安全性和權限控制進行了深入探討。5、通過本項目需求,全面介紹了 OA的協同辦公和知識分享等內容,對實際開發(fā)中涉及到流程管理等內容進行了詳細闡述。
[Abstract]:With the development of the natural gas filling industry, the traditional way of making telephone contact, relying on the paper dispatch forms and manually recording the maintenance results has become more and more unsuitable for the need of after-sales service of the gas filling machine. With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, business personnel have a greater demand for information mobile office, they hope to be able to complete the business in time, anytime and anywhere to understand the operational information. To this end, Beijing Changkang Branch Natural Gas equipment Co., Ltd. and our laboratory to cooperate to develop a Changgang natural gas company after-sales service system and knowledge management, configurable, Workflow customized information management platform-based on mobile Internet aerator information service system. The aerator information service system based on mobile Internet mainly includes two parts, one part is Web management system based on B / S (browser / Server) structure, The other part is the background management system of APP end based on app / S structure, and these two parts are also the emphases of this paper. The whole web management system is implemented by Spring MVCU spring and hibernate framework. Privilege management uses spring security, and includes tools and technologies such as mysql database mavencat and html. Its main functions include personnel rights management, process management, form management, office automation and knowledge sharing. The background management system uses the same technology as Web management system. The main purpose is to provide the corresponding interface for the mobile phone side app (including android and ios). The data supply mode is HTTP JSON. This paper discusses the following points: 1, describes the research background and main functions of the project. It also introduces the core technology and development process of the aerator information service system based on the mobile Internet in detail. Including mysql database, spring MVC spring hibernate mainstream development framework, HTML CSS JQUERY front-end technology and maven etc., this paper describes two major components of the whole information service system: Web management system and APP end background management system, and analyzes the requirements. The system structure design, module design and function realization are discussed from the point of view of design and implementation. The security and authority control of the system are discussed with spring serurity, and the requirements of this project are discussed. In this paper, the cooperative office and knowledge sharing of OA are introduced in detail, and the process management in practical development is described in detail.
