【摘要】：近幾年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷穩(wěn)步提升,大眾的消費(fèi)能力及需求也隨之增長(zhǎng)。因此諸多大型商場(chǎng)在大、中、小城市都興盛起來(lái),其已成為人們生活中必不可少的一部分。但由于商場(chǎng)有人口高度密集、可燃物品高度密集及經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目混雜的特性,也帶來(lái)了許多安全問(wèn)題。一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi)事故其后果難以估量。而在商場(chǎng)日常的安全管理工作中,由于商場(chǎng)內(nèi)部商鋪過(guò)多,商場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)安全管理的人員過(guò)少,因此難以對(duì)每家商鋪進(jìn)行全面的火災(zāi)隱患排查工作。另一方面,由于商場(chǎng)管理人員自身經(jīng)驗(yàn)、知識(shí)的限制,也會(huì)導(dǎo)致無(wú)法辨識(shí)出火災(zāi)隱患。目前商場(chǎng)多采用聘請(qǐng)專家對(duì)商場(chǎng)進(jìn)行整體的火災(zāi)隱患排查而后提出整改措施的方式降低發(fā)生火災(zāi)的可能性,但是這種方式存在極大的滯后性。因此,為了解決這一問(wèn)題,建立起一個(gè)適用于商場(chǎng)的火災(zāi)隱患庫(kù)十分有必要。而后應(yīng)用這一隱患庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)出可以讓商場(chǎng)安全管理人員如同專家般的發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患的軟件,將大大提高商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患排查治理工作的效率。本文從日常商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患排查工作入手,先對(duì)商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患庫(kù)中的隱患進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分類,便于管理的同時(shí)也易于軟件開(kāi)發(fā)。而后對(duì)商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。目的在于開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)結(jié)合商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患排查、商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估功能與一體的Android程序。使得商場(chǎng)安全管理人員的火災(zāi)隱患排查工作更加便捷,而且本軟件可以開(kāi)放給商鋪的安全負(fù)責(zé)人使用,這樣一方面能使商鋪人員對(duì)其店鋪內(nèi)的隱患有更深的認(rèn)識(shí)。一方面也減少了商場(chǎng)安全負(fù)責(zé)人的工作量。本軟件操作簡(jiǎn)單便捷,極易上手。提供商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患排查、商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患排查記錄查詢、商場(chǎng)火災(zāi)隱患設(shè)置功能。為消除商場(chǎng)內(nèi)的火災(zāi)隱患,保障商場(chǎng)內(nèi)人員、財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全提供了強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady improvement of our country's economic strength, the consumption power and demand of the masses have also increased. As a result, large, medium and small cities have flourished and become an essential part of people's lives. However, because of the characteristics of high population density, high density of combustible items and mixed operation items, shopping malls also bring many safety problems. The consequences of a fire accident are incalculable. In the daily safety management of shopping malls, because there are too many shops in the shopping mall and too few people in charge of safety management, it is difficult to carry out a comprehensive investigation of the hidden fire hazards of each shop. On the other hand, because of the managers' own experience and limited knowledge, they can not identify the potential fire hazards. At present, most shopping malls employ experts to investigate the whole fire hazards and put forward corrective measures to reduce the possibility of fire, but there is a great lag in this way. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to establish a fire hazard database suitable for shopping malls. Then the application of this hidden danger library to develop software that can make the managers of shopping malls find hidden dangers as experts will greatly improve the efficiency of the investigation and management of potential fire hazards in shopping malls. This paper starts with the investigation of the fire hidden danger in the shopping mall, and classifies the hidden danger in the hidden fire hazard database of the mall, which is easy to manage and also easy to develop the software at the same time. Then the fire risk assessment method is designed. The purpose of this paper is to develop a Android program which combines the function of fire risk assessment and the detection of potential fire hazards in shopping malls. This software can be opened to the responsible person of the shop safety. On the one hand, it can make the shop staff have a deeper understanding of the hidden trouble in the store. On the one hand, it also reduces the workload of the responsible person in charge of market safety. This software operation is simple and convenient, easy to use. Provide market fire hazard investigation, market fire risk assessment, market fire hazard check record query, store fire hazard setting function. It provides powerful technical support for eliminating hidden fire hazards and ensuring the safety of personnel and property in shopping malls.
