【摘要】：為在圖像模糊核估計(jì)中充分利用圖像的區(qū)域特征和結(jié)構(gòu)信息作為先驗(yàn)知識,提出一種基于馬爾科夫隨機(jī)場學(xué)習(xí)模型的模糊核估計(jì)方法.首先,由滑動的子窗口構(gòu)成馬爾科夫隨機(jī)場的節(jié)點(diǎn)集,以每個(gè)子窗口的曲率方向能量濾波器的響應(yīng)和邊緣分布組成的特征向量作為模型的輸入;然后,利用對數(shù)偽似然優(yōu)化算法估計(jì)模型參數(shù),在模型訓(xùn)練階段,采用交叉熵相似性度量模糊核的相似性以標(biāo)記訓(xùn)練樣本;最后,利用置信度傳播算法推測最優(yōu)圖像子塊.運(yùn)用所提方法對仿真和實(shí)際模糊圖像進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,該學(xué)習(xí)模型可以精確地估計(jì)模糊核,在主觀視覺對比和客觀評價(jià)方面均具有較好的效果,同時(shí)也具有較好的自適應(yīng)性.與其他3種方法相比,模糊核相似度分別提高了1.55%,5.64%和7.02%.
[Abstract]:A fuzzy kernel estimation method based on Markov random field learning model is proposed in order to make full use of the region feature and structure information of image as prior knowledge in image fuzzy kernel estimation. Firstly, the Markov random field node set is composed of sliding subwindows, and the eigenvector composed of the response and edge distribution of the energy filter in the curvature direction of each sub-window is taken as the input of the model. The logarithmic pseudo-likelihood optimization algorithm is used to estimate the model parameters. In the model training stage, cross-entropy similarity is used to measure the similarity of the fuzzy kernel to mark the training samples. Finally, the confidence propagation algorithm is used to estimate the optimal image subblocks. Experiments on simulation and actual blurred images are carried out by using the proposed method. The results show that the proposed learning model can accurately estimate the fuzzy kernel, and has good results in subjective visual contrast and objective evaluation. At the same time, it also has good adaptability. Compared with the other three methods, the similarity of fuzzy kernel is increased by 1.555.64% and 7.2% respectively.
