基于JavaEE和Weka的學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的分析與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的不斷改革和發(fā)展,近年來(lái)高校界的辦學(xué)規(guī)模逐漸呈現(xiàn)出擴(kuò)大化的趨勢(shì)。雖然這樣可以為大批學(xué)子創(chuàng)造出更多的接受高等教育的機(jī)會(huì),但同時(shí)這也為高校的日常管理工作帶來(lái)了壓力。其中,特別是成績(jī)管理更是已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)前高校管理工作中急需解決的問(wèn)題。利用成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定考核的方式,一方面能夠及時(shí)掌握學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài);另一方面也可以反映出目前的教育質(zhì)量。然而,由于在校學(xué)生的數(shù)量眾多,學(xué)生的成績(jī)管理自然會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息,盡管很多高校借助于管理類軟件對(duì)成績(jī)信息實(shí)施自動(dòng)化管理,但仍然還是存在諸如信息共享性不強(qiáng)、缺乏數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等缺陷。本文正是針對(duì)學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)存在的上述問(wèn)題,從當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)高校辦學(xué)的客觀環(huán)境出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)需求、應(yīng)用目的及功能上的分析,決定系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案采用B/S架構(gòu),開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)選用開(kāi)放式的JavaEE,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)則使用SQL2012。同時(shí)為了達(dá)到學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)與學(xué)校教學(xué)工作緊密結(jié)合的目的,本文還使用開(kāi)源的Weka數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件對(duì)生成的學(xué)生成績(jī)信息進(jìn)行分析和統(tǒng)計(jì),利用JavaEE提供的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)API接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)挖掘數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的鏈接,將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘結(jié)果存入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,幫助教學(xué)工作者在使用系統(tǒng)時(shí)能夠根據(jù)反饋的信息實(shí)施具有針對(duì)性的教學(xué)手段和內(nèi)容。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容與取得的成果如下:(1)通過(guò)參考資料的調(diào)研,學(xué)習(xí)了解當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外高校在使用軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行學(xué)生成績(jī)的管理工作所取得的進(jìn)展。以此為基礎(chǔ)分析目前學(xué)生成績(jī)管理工作存在的問(wèn)題與缺陷,提出如何利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)將學(xué)生的成績(jī)管理同高校的教學(xué)體系建設(shè)緊密地結(jié)合在一起的設(shè)計(jì)思路;(2)對(duì)目前現(xiàn)有的學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)所采用的成熟方案進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)高校的辦學(xué)環(huán)境,選用合理的技術(shù)進(jìn)行學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的綜合式開(kāi)發(fā)。并從系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求及可行性兩個(gè)方面,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。此外,考慮到系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性、穩(wěn)定性及擴(kuò)展性,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明;(3)在設(shè)計(jì)的學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)中加入成績(jī)信息數(shù)據(jù)挖掘功能,利用Weka數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件,將學(xué)生成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的結(jié)果應(yīng)用于教師管理子系統(tǒng)中的學(xué)生管理和成績(jī)管理子功能中,幫助教學(xué)管理者在實(shí)時(shí)掌握學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)態(tài)的前提下,主觀性地調(diào)整教學(xué)計(jì)劃和內(nèi)容,最大限度發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)挖掘功能對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量改善的作用;(4)本文提出的學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)按照操作權(quán)限的劃分主要包括4個(gè)子系統(tǒng),分別為系統(tǒng)管理子系統(tǒng)、教務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)、教師管理子系統(tǒng)及學(xué)生管理子系統(tǒng)。這4個(gè)子系統(tǒng)基本上滿足了現(xiàn)階段高校學(xué)生成績(jī)管理工作的需求,解決了傳統(tǒng)學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)中信息利用率不高、信息處理目的不明確等問(wèn)題,在進(jìn)一步提升高校信息化辦公水平的同時(shí),可以有效改進(jìn)教育工作效率和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform and development of educational undertakings in China, the scale of running schools in colleges and universities has gradually shown a trend of expansion in recent years. Although this can create more opportunities for a large number of students to receive higher education, it also puts pressure on the daily management of colleges and universities. Among them, especially achievement management has become an urgent problem in the management of colleges and universities. On the one hand, it can grasp the students' learning state in time; on the other hand, it can also reflect the current quality of education. However, due to the large number of students in school, students' achievement management will naturally produce a large amount of data information, although many colleges and universities use management software to automate the management of achievement information. However, there are still shortcomings such as low information sharing and lack of statistical analysis. This paper aims at the above problems existing in the student achievement management system, proceeding from the objective environment of running a school in our country, through the analysis of the demand, application purpose and function of the student achievement management system. It was decided that the design scheme of the system should be based on B / S architecture, the development platform should be open Java EE, and the database should be SQL 2012. At the same time, in order to achieve the purpose of combining the student achievement management system with the school teaching work closely, this paper also uses the open source Weka data mining software to carry on the analysis and the statistics to the generated student achievement information, and uses the standard API interface provided by JavaEE. The link between mining data and database is realized, and the results of data mining are stored in the database, which helps the teachers to implement the targeted teaching methods and contents according to the feedback information when using the system. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1) through the research of reference materials, we can learn about the progress made in the management of students' achievement by using software system in colleges and universities at home and abroad. Based on this, the problems and defects in the management of students' achievement are analyzed. This paper puts forward how to use data mining technology to combine the management of students' achievement with the construction of teaching system in colleges and universities. Combined with the running environment of domestic colleges and universities, the comprehensive development of student achievement management system is carried out with reasonable technology. And from the application requirements and feasibility of the system, the system functions are designed and implemented in detail. In addition, considering the practicability, stability and expansibility of the system, the non-functional requirements of the system are explained in detail. The results of the statistical analysis of students' scores are applied to the students' management and the performance management sub-functions in the teacher management subsystem, which helps the teaching managers to adjust the teaching plan and content subjectively under the premise of grasping the students' learning dynamics in real time. To maximize the function of data mining on the improvement of teaching quality 4) the student achievement management system proposed in this paper mainly includes four subsystems according to the operating authority, which are system management subsystem and educational administration management subsystem, respectively, which are divided into four sub-systems, one is the system management subsystem, the other is the educational administration subsystem. Teacher management subsystem and student management subsystem. These four subsystems basically meet the needs of the management of college students' achievement at the present stage, and solve the problems of low utilization of information and unclear purpose of information processing in the traditional student achievement management system. At the same time, the efficiency and quality of educational work can be improved effectively.
