【摘要】：隨著"大數據時代"的來臨,大數據在醫(yī)藥領域中將發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用,基于基因組學大數據和現代生物醫(yī)學技術的個性化醫(yī)療,即精準醫(yī)學,是未來醫(yī)學的發(fā)展方向。如何獲取、分類、存儲大數據,如何挖掘大數據中有價值的信息,以及如何將大數據有效地應用于醫(yī)藥領域是目前研究的熱點領域。本文對大數據及其特征、大數據分析技術以及大數據在醫(yī)藥領域的應用進行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the advent of "big data era", big data will play a more and more important role in the field of medicine. Personalized medicine based on genomics big data and modern biomedical technology, namely precision medicine, is the development direction of medicine in the future. How to obtain, classify and store big data, how to mine valuable information in big data, and how to effectively apply big data to the field of medicine are the hot research fields at present. In this paper, big data and its characteristics, big data analysis technology and the application of big data in the field of medicine are reviewed.
