【摘要】：社會化問答網(wǎng)站通過用戶間提問與回答的方式幫助用戶獲得全面的知識.知識傳播過程是進(jìn)一步研究信息傳播規(guī)律和社交行為的基礎(chǔ),由于無從得知傳播者影響了哪些用戶,因而無法直接獲得答案的完整傳播過程.該文提出了一種描述社會化問答網(wǎng)站知識傳播過程的傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,定義了社會化問答網(wǎng)站知識從傳播者到接收者的傳播過程,歸納出follow,notification,qlink,recommendation這4種可能的知識傳播方式,給出了知識傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)定義,為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)推斷奠定了理論基礎(chǔ).提出了一種社會化問答網(wǎng)站知識傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)推斷方法,分別提取節(jié)點類型、節(jié)點時間關(guān)系及候選傳播者排序特征推斷follow關(guān)系,采用啟發(fā)式方法推斷另外3種關(guān)系,生成知識傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò).結(jié)合知乎問答數(shù)據(jù)對所提方法進(jìn)行了實驗驗證及實例分析,結(jié)果表明推斷方法有效并具有較高的準(zhǔn)確率.
[Abstract]:Social Q & A website helps users acquire comprehensive knowledge by asking and answering questions among users. The process of knowledge dissemination is the basis of further research on the rules of information dissemination and social behavior. Because it is impossible to know which users are affected by the communicators, it is impossible to obtain the complete communication process of the answers directly. This paper presents a network model to describe the process of knowledge dissemination in social question and answer websites, defines the transmission process of knowledge from communicator to receiver, and sums up four possible modes of knowledge dissemination. The definition of knowledge transmission network is given, which lays a theoretical foundation for network inference. This paper presents a network inference method for knowledge dissemination in social Q & A websites, which extracts node type, node time relation and candidate communicator ranking feature inference follow relationship, and uses heuristic method to infer the other three relationships. Generate knowledge dissemination networks. The proposed method is verified by experiments and case studies based on the question and answer data. The results show that the inference method is effective and has a high accuracy.
