【摘要】：近年來,信息化在推動國民經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了積極關(guān)鍵的作用,我國在社會信用信息體系建設(shè)上加大了投入力度,企業(yè)信用信息公示管理系統(tǒng)就是在這個良好的背景前提下決定建立的。建立企業(yè)信用信息公示管理系統(tǒng)能促進企業(yè)增強信用觀念,規(guī)范企業(yè)市場經(jīng)營行為,維護良好的市場交易秩序,推進完善我國社會信用體系建設(shè),同時也使政府管理部門能夠及時,規(guī)范,高效的對信用信息公示進行管理,提高辦事效率,降低管理成本,規(guī)范了社會交易行為,最終促進經(jīng)濟向前發(fā)展。首先對企業(yè)信用信息公示管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和性能需求進行深入的分析了解,確定系統(tǒng)的功能模塊包括:嚴重違法企業(yè)名單管理,抽查檢查管理,經(jīng)營異常名錄管理,企業(yè)信用評價,企業(yè)信用信息查詢,合規(guī)申請管理。結(jié)合本系統(tǒng)的功能和性能特點,確定本系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計原則,確定系統(tǒng)采用的技術(shù)路線:設(shè)計遵循MVC分層設(shè)計模式,開發(fā)實現(xiàn)選用SSH開發(fā)框架,在J2EE平臺上進行開發(fā)實現(xiàn),選用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫進行數(shù)據(jù)的存儲控制管理,采用基于XML的數(shù)據(jù)交換模型。分別對各模塊詳細分析設(shè)計后,逐步完成對各功能模塊具體的實現(xiàn),最后設(shè)計本系統(tǒng)的測試方案,并根據(jù)測試方案對系統(tǒng)功能的正確性進行驗證測試,對系統(tǒng)性能的可靠性進行驗證測試,最終驗證系統(tǒng)符合需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, informatization has played a positive and key role in promoting the rapid development of the national economy, and our country has increased investment in the construction of social credit information system. Enterprise credit information publicity management system is in this good background under the premise of the decision to establish. The establishment of an enterprise credit information publicity management system can promote enterprises to enhance their credit concept, standardize their market operation, maintain a good order of market transactions, and promote the construction of our country's social credit system. At the same time, it also enables the government management department to manage the credit information publicity in a timely, standardized and efficient manner, improve the work efficiency, reduce the management cost, standardize the social transaction behavior, and finally promote the development of the economy. First of all, the functional requirements and performance requirements of the enterprise credit information publicity management system are deeply analyzed and understood. The functional modules of the system include: list management of serious illegal enterprises, random check management, management of abnormal list management. Enterprise credit evaluation, enterprise credit information inquiry, compliance application management. Combined with the function and performance characteristics of the system, the general design principle of the system is determined, and the technical route used in the system is determined: the design follows the MVC layered design pattern, the development and realization adopts the SSH development framework, and the system is developed on the J2EE platform. Oracle database is used to manage the data storage and control, and the data exchange model based on XML is adopted. After the detailed analysis and design of each module, the concrete realization of each functional module is completed step by step. Finally, the test scheme of the system is designed, and the correctness of the system function is verified and tested according to the test scheme. The reliability of the system is verified and tested, and finally the system meets the requirements.
