【摘要】：人民法院金融協(xié)查系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)最高人民法院和銀監(jiān)會(huì)共同印發(fā)的《人民法院銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)執(zhí)行查控工作規(guī)范》文件要求而設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的,以便在人民法院與金融機(jī)構(gòu)之間實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)互聯(lián)互通,可以查詢控制執(zhí)行案件中被執(zhí)行人在國(guó)內(nèi)任意的金融機(jī)構(gòu)的金融賬戶、銀行卡、各類存款及其他類型在內(nèi)的金融資產(chǎn),執(zhí)行法官可直接使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)方式向金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)送電子形式的法律文書,金融協(xié)查系統(tǒng)在接收到金融機(jī)構(gòu)反饋查控?cái)?shù)據(jù)后生成電子回執(zhí)。該系統(tǒng)使用MyEcipse作為研發(fā)工具,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)采用了較為主流的Sybase數(shù)據(jù)庫,充分利用JDBC數(shù)據(jù)鏈接技術(shù),達(dá)到了對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的各種高效管理操作。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)之初,嚴(yán)格按照軟件工程要求及原理,在管理信息系統(tǒng)的理論與方法為指導(dǎo)下以及數(shù)據(jù)庫方面技術(shù)支持下完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。人民法院金融協(xié)查系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),避免了執(zhí)行法官車馬奔波,通過鼠標(biāo)輕觸就可以對(duì)案件被執(zhí)行人在國(guó)內(nèi)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的各種財(cái)產(chǎn)查詢得到、凍結(jié)得住、扣劃得了。
[Abstract]:The people's Court's Financial Co-Inspection system was designed and developed in accordance with the requirements of the document "Standard for the Network execution and Control of Banking institutions of the people's Court" issued jointly by the Supreme people's Court and the Banking Regulatory Commission, In order to achieve network connectivity between the people's courts and financial institutions, they may inquire and control the financial accounts, bank cards, various types of deposits and other types of financial assets of any financial institution in the country where the person executed in the execution case, Law enforcement judges can directly send electronic legal documents to financial institutions by means of network, and the financial cochecking system generates electronic receipt after receiving feedback and controlling data from financial institutions. The system uses MyEcipse as the research and development tool, the backstage data storage adopts the mainstream Sybase database, and makes full use of the JDBC data link technology, has achieved various kinds of efficient management operation to the database. At the beginning of the system design, according to the requirements and principles of software engineering, under the guidance of the theory and method of management information system and the technical support of database, the graduation project was completed. The design and implementation of the people's court's financial coinvestigation system avoids the running of the executive judge's car and horse, and can obtain, freeze, and withhold the various assets of the case executor in domestic financial institutions by touching the mouse.
