【摘要】：光學(xué)主動(dòng)非接觸式物體三維輪廓測(cè)量技術(shù)應(yīng)用廣泛。為了測(cè)量物體面形的3D輪廓,提出用廣義的Morse小波作為母小波,對(duì)由物體表面高度調(diào)制而發(fā)生變形的投影條紋圖像進(jìn)行連續(xù)小波變換,根據(jù)小波變換的相位與物體高度之間的關(guān)系確定物體3D輪廓。并與當(dāng)前最為流行的復(fù)Morlet小波作為母小波進(jìn)行詳細(xì)比較。模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比均表明,由于廣義Morse小波具有靈活的時(shí)頻局部特性及嚴(yán)格解析性,廣義Morse小波作為母小波是適合的,并且測(cè)量物體3D輪廓效果優(yōu)于目前流行的用復(fù)Morlet小波作為母小波,測(cè)量精確率提高約20%。
[Abstract]:Optical active non-contact object three-dimensional contour measurement technology is widely used. In order to measure the 3D contour of an object, the generalized Morse wavelet is used as the mother wavelet to transform the projective fringe image which is modulated by the height of the object surface. According to the relationship between the phase of wavelet transform and the height of the object, the 3D contour of the object is determined. And compared with the most popular complex Morlet wavelet as mother wavelet in detail. The simulation and experimental results show that the generalized Morse wavelet is suitable as the mother wavelet because of its flexible time-frequency local property and strict analytical property. The effect of 3D contour measurement is better than that of complex Morlet wavelet, and the accuracy of measurement is improved by about 20%.
