中職院校學(xué)生成績管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著社會信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代高校都開始使用管理信息系統(tǒng)來輔助處理日常的教務(wù)工作,成績管理信息系統(tǒng)就是在這么一個大環(huán)境下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個與時俱進(jìn)的,符合廣大中職院校教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)的管理信息系統(tǒng)。作者結(jié)合多年的中職院校成績管理工作經(jīng)驗,將以中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析與研究作為研究課題。本研究對中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究技術(shù)主要涉及Java開發(fā)技術(shù)的、SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù),本研究所使用的分析方法是UML面向?qū)ο蠓治龇椒。本課題的研究從系統(tǒng)的需求分析開始,先得出中職院校學(xué)車成績管理信息系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)用例和場景。然后將這些業(yè)務(wù)模型轉(zhuǎn)化為計算機(jī)能夠理解的系統(tǒng)模型,同時,研究還對系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了分析。最后,通過對中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信心系統(tǒng)的核心功能的系統(tǒng)分析得出研究結(jié)論。在本研究中,將中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)的用戶分為四個角色,科任老師、系主任、學(xué)生和系統(tǒng)管理員。主要角色是科任老師、系主任和學(xué)生。在學(xué)期末,學(xué)生需要進(jìn)行各科的期末考試,學(xué)生考試完畢之后,由科任老師批改學(xué)生的試卷并評分,將學(xué)生成績登記到中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,同時如果存在由于考試不及格需要進(jìn)行補(bǔ)考或重修的學(xué)生,科任老師也要將其成績錄入系統(tǒng)中。科任老師錄入成績完畢之后,可以登錄系統(tǒng)查詢學(xué)生的期末成績。在所有科任老師提交了成績單之后,系主任可以在系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中查詢到學(xué)生的成績,按照查詢單位的不同,可以分為教學(xué)班查詢、行政班查詢、年級查詢、專業(yè)查詢、集體查詢和補(bǔ)考、重修查詢。查詢模塊可以幫助系主任快速查詢到學(xué)生的成績。然后,系主任可以對學(xué)生的成績、學(xué)分和綜合成績進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,以供教學(xué)任務(wù)使用。對于學(xué)生來說,學(xué)生可以查詢到自己的考試成績、所修學(xué)分和補(bǔ)考、重修情況。分析與研究中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng),在學(xué)術(shù)上推動了相關(guān)理論的發(fā)展,在實踐方便也為相應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的實踐貢獻(xiàn)了一份力量。中職院校學(xué)生成績管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個實用的管理信息系統(tǒng),相信其能夠為提高中職院校教育教學(xué)工作的效率起到幫助作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social information technology, modern colleges and universities begin to use management information systems to assist in the processing of daily educational work, the achievement management information system is in such a large environment emerged as the times require. The management information system of students' achievement in secondary vocational colleges is a management information system that keeps pace with the times and accords with the teaching business of vocational colleges. In combination with many years of experience in performance management in secondary vocational schools, the author will take the analysis and research of students' achievement management information system as the research subject. In this study, the research technology of student achievement management information system in secondary vocational colleges is mainly related to the Java development technology of SQL Server 2005 database development technology, and the analysis method used in this research is UML object-oriented analysis method. The research of this subject starts with the requirement analysis of the system, and obtains the business cases and scenarios of the vehicle performance management information system in secondary vocational colleges. Then, these business models are transformed into system models which can be understood by computer. At the same time, the structure and database of the system are analyzed. Finally, through the systematic analysis of the core function of the confidence system of students' achievement management in secondary vocational colleges, the conclusion is drawn. In this study, the users of the secondary vocational school student achievement management information system are divided into four roles: the teacher, the dean, the student and the system administrator. The main roles are faculty, dean and student. At the end of the semester, students are required to undergo final examinations in various subjects. After the students have completed the examinations, the teachers will mark and mark the students' test papers, and register the students' scores in the student performance management information system of the secondary vocational colleges and universities. At the same time, if there are students who need to be re-examined or restudied because of failing the exam, the subject teacher should also enter their grades into the system. Teachers can log on to the system to check students' final grades after they have entered the grades. After all the teachers have submitted their transcripts, the dean of the department can inquire about the students' scores in the system. According to the different units of inquiry, they can be divided into teaching class inquiry, administrative class inquiry, grade inquiry, and professional inquiry. Collective inquiry and supplementary examination, re-repair inquiries. The inquiry module can help the head of the department to query the students' scores quickly. The dean can then count the student's grades, credits, and comprehensive scores for use in teaching tasks. For students, students can inquire about their test scores, credits and restudies. The analysis and research on the management information system of students' achievement in secondary vocational colleges have promoted the development of relevant theories academically, and contributed a lot to the practice of the corresponding system. As a practical management information system, it is believed that it can help to improve the efficiency of education and teaching in secondary vocational colleges.
