工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)的很多企業(yè)單位也都開(kāi)始使用這種方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè),雖然招投標(biāo)管理工作在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展的不夠成熟,但是也基本滿足了企業(yè)的實(shí)際需要,無(wú)論從招投標(biāo)的法制建設(shè)還是從社會(huì)監(jiān)督的力度來(lái)講都比較滯后,而且隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展招投標(biāo)的工作量也在不斷的增大,這也給工作人員帶來(lái)了較大工作壓力,如何科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)行招投標(biāo)工作成為了企業(yè)面臨的管理方面的問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合了工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用者的實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行了分析,確立了使用者對(duì)工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)的功能方面以及非功能方面需求,在進(jìn)行工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析的過(guò)程中也采用了 UML的用例圖進(jìn)行功能方面的需求分析,然后結(jié)合了相關(guān)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),比如說(shuō)C#程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言、.NET平臺(tái)部署技術(shù)以及SQL SERVER數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)等相關(guān)的技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)層面的測(cè)試,確保工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)能夠投入到正常的使用環(huán)境中進(jìn)行使用。工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)的工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理工作方式在流程上有很多類似的地方,但是無(wú)論是在工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理工作的時(shí)效性上還是在工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理工作的效率上都要強(qiáng)于傳統(tǒng)的管理工作方式,同時(shí)合理的利用了企業(yè)資源以及社會(huì)資源,提高了招標(biāo)投標(biāo)工作的透明性以及管理工作人員的工作效率,通過(guò)工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠減少傳統(tǒng)方式中手工操作的錯(cuò)誤率,通過(guò)在線公開(kāi)招標(biāo)信息、投標(biāo)信息以及中標(biāo)信息等能夠提高工程設(shè)備招標(biāo)管理工作的透明度,在進(jìn)行招投標(biāo)管理的過(guò)程中真真的做到了公開(kāi)、公平以及公正。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up, many enterprises in China have started to use this method to realize enterprise project construction. Although the bidding management work is not mature in China, it basically meets the actual needs of enterprises. Both in terms of the legal construction of bidding and the strength of social supervision, it is lagging behind, and with the development of the economy, the workload of bidding is also increasing, which has also brought greater work pressure to the staff. How to carry on the bidding work scientifically and reasonably has become the management aspect question which the enterprise faces. This paper analyzes the actual needs of the users of the project equipment bidding management system at home and abroad, and establishes the functional and non-functional requirements of the users for the bidding management system of engineering equipment. In the process of the requirement analysis of the bidding management system of engineering equipment, UML use case diagram is also used to carry out the functional requirements analysis, and then the related computer technology is combined. For example, the C # programming language. Net platform deployment technology and SQL SERVER database technology are used to design the functional modules of the system. Finally, the project equipment bidding management system is tested at the system level. To ensure that the engineering equipment bidding management system can be put into the normal use of the environment for use. There are many similarities between the bidding management system of engineering equipment and the traditional work mode of bidding management of engineering equipment in the process. However, whether in the timeliness of bidding management of engineering equipment or in the efficiency of bidding management of engineering equipment, it is better than the traditional management mode. At the same time, the enterprise resources and social resources are used reasonably. The transparency of bidding and the efficiency of management staff are improved. Through the implementation of bidding management system of engineering equipment, the error rate of manual operation can be reduced, and online open bidding information can be obtained. Bidding information and bid winning information can improve the transparency of the bidding management of engineering equipment. In the process of bidding management, it is truly open, fair and just.
