面向軌道裝備的可視化人因綜合仿真分析平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:目的提出一個(gè)集研究作業(yè)人員行為、作業(yè)設(shè)備和作業(yè)環(huán)境于一體的可視化人因綜合仿真分析平臺(tái),為軌道裝備設(shè)計(jì)方案提供直觀可視、可重復(fù)的人體工程學(xué)評(píng)估手段。方法通過(guò)研究分析行為觀察系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)捕捉系統(tǒng)、肌電測(cè)試系統(tǒng)、JACK虛擬人仿真系統(tǒng)和CAD設(shè)計(jì)及建模系統(tǒng)的功能及匹配性,構(gòu)建能將真人作業(yè)虛擬化,能對(duì)虛擬動(dòng)素進(jìn)行評(píng)估,能對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行可視化人因適配分析,能生成虛擬人作業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)等功能的可視化人因綜合仿真分析平臺(tái),并用案例論證了該平臺(tái)的有效性。結(jié)論該平臺(tái)適合用于軌道車輛、一些大型裝備及相關(guān)工作空間設(shè)計(jì)方案的人體工效學(xué)評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a visual and repeatable ergonomics evaluation method for the design of track equipment by a visual human factor comprehensive simulation and analysis platform which integrates the behavior, equipment and working environment of the workers in order to provide visual and reproducible ergonomics evaluation methods for the design of track equipment. Methods by analyzing the function and matching of behavior observation system, motion capture system, myoelectric test system, Jack virtual human simulation system and CAD design and modeling system, the virtual action can be virtualized and the virtual dynamic element can be evaluated. A visual human-factor comprehensive simulation and analysis platform which can perform visual human-factor adaptation analysis and generate virtual human operation data is presented. The effectiveness of the platform is demonstrated by a case study. Conclusion the platform is suitable for ergonomic evaluation of rail vehicles, some large equipment and related workspaces.
