仿視皮層機(jī)制的隨機(jī)點(diǎn)視頻序列運(yùn)動特征提取

【摘要】:為了探索視皮層對多方向刺激的運(yùn)動信息處理機(jī)制,依據(jù)生物實(shí)驗(yàn)中部分中顳葉區(qū)(MT)細(xì)胞對隨機(jī)點(diǎn)視頻刺激運(yùn)動感知的側(cè)偏特性,提出了一種仿視皮層機(jī)制的隨機(jī)點(diǎn)視頻序列運(yùn)動特征提取模型。首先,采用Von Mises函數(shù)擬合初級視皮層(V1)簡單細(xì)胞的感受野,再結(jié)合非線性的能量模型、調(diào)諧和非調(diào)諧正則化方法等模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)V1復(fù)雜細(xì)胞對運(yùn)動信息的方向感知;其次,提出了級聯(lián)前饋方法對V1復(fù)雜細(xì)胞響應(yīng)進(jìn)行線性加權(quán)求和,得到MT細(xì)胞的響應(yīng)輸出;最后,利用生物實(shí)測MT細(xì)胞響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)對新模型的有效性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。仿真結(jié)果表明模型的輸出結(jié)果與恒河猴的運(yùn)動感知實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)基本吻合,能夠較好地模擬視皮層對不同夾角的多方向隨機(jī)點(diǎn)視頻序列的運(yùn)動感知機(jī)制,為提取復(fù)雜運(yùn)動序列的特征提供新的方法,進(jìn)而為視覺類腦計算奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the mechanism of motor information processing in the visual cortex for multi-directional stimuli, according to the side bias characteristics of MTcells in the middle temporal lobe region of some biological experiments, the perception of motion of random video stimulation was observed. This paper presents a motion feature extraction model of random spot video sequences based on the mechanism of visual cortex. First, the Von Mises function is used to fit the receptive field of the primary visual cortex (V1) simple cells, and then the nonlinear energy model, tunable and untuned regularization methods are used to realize the directional perception of the motion information of the V1 complex cells. A cascaded feedforward method is proposed to sum the responses of complex V1 cells linearly, and the response output of MT cells is obtained. Finally, the validity of the new model is verified by using biological measured MT cell response data. The simulation results show that the output of the model is basically consistent with the experimental data of motion perception of rhesus monkey, and it can well simulate the motion perception mechanism of the visual cortex to the multi-directional random point video sequences with different angles. It provides a new method for extracting the features of complex motion sequences and lays the foundation for visual brain-like computing.
