【摘要】：隨著網絡技術和多媒體技術的發(fā)展,網絡上教學資源的規(guī)模變得十分龐大,如何根據學習者的需要推薦其感興趣的資源成為近年來研究的熱點。然而,目前基于協(xié)同過濾的推薦算法較少考慮推薦用戶與目標用戶之間的信任關系,難以抵抗推薦用戶的惡意推薦,無法保證推薦結果的可信性與精確度。針對這些問題,在傳統(tǒng)協(xié)同過濾算法的基礎上引入推薦者之間的信任關系,將傳統(tǒng)協(xié)同過濾算法中的用戶相似度與用戶信任度進行線性加權組合,提出融合信任關系的協(xié)同過濾算法。仿真實驗結果表明,與傳統(tǒng)協(xié)同過濾推薦算法相比,該方法不僅提高了推薦的精確度,還能保證推薦結果的可信性,能更好地抵制惡意推薦。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology and multimedia technology, the scale of teaching resources on the network has become very large. How to recommend the interested resources according to the needs of learners has become a hot topic in recent years. However, the current recommendation algorithms based on collaborative filtering rarely consider the trust relationship between the recommendation user and the target user, so it is difficult to resist the malicious recommendation of the recommendation user, and can not guarantee the credibility and accuracy of the recommendation results. Aiming at these problems, this paper introduces the trust relationship between references based on the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm, and combines the user similarity and user trust in the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm linearly. A collaborative filtering algorithm based on fusion of trust relationship is proposed. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, the proposed method not only improves the accuracy of the recommendation, but also ensures the credibility of the recommendation results and can resist malicious recommendation better.
