【摘要】：智能小區(qū)由于其依托先進的科學技術(shù),能實現(xiàn)小區(qū)物業(yè)運行的高效化、節(jié)能化和環(huán)保化。隨著信息化技術(shù)的進一步發(fā)展,用戶對智能小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的要求越來越高,尤其是對各個子系統(tǒng)之間數(shù)據(jù)與信息的共享性提出了更高的要求。本文針對智能小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)進行了初步的研究,本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:1)詳細闡述了智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢,以及Android系統(tǒng)作為前端模塊的優(yōu)勢,XMPP核心協(xié)議的定義和實現(xiàn)方式,小區(qū)智能管理系統(tǒng)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu)和工作流程,并對各功能模塊進行了詳細介紹。2)本系統(tǒng)基于XMPP協(xié)議實現(xiàn)物業(yè)信息的實時推送,便于小區(qū)的日常信息管理。本智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)的服務器端采用Spring MVC架構(gòu),通過Spring框架提供的依賴注入與控制反轉(zhuǎn)特性,以及框架提供的輕量級Web容器的管理功能來實現(xiàn)小區(qū)物業(yè)系統(tǒng)的日常管理,針對物業(yè)系統(tǒng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的作業(yè)調(diào)度事件,采用開源Quartz作業(yè)調(diào)度框架。3)文章最后通過對各模塊進行測試,包括對實時通信模塊進行了性能測試,對用戶注冊和登陸模塊以及查詢信息模塊進行功能測試。各項測試表明,本系統(tǒng)可以勝任小區(qū)物業(yè)管理過程中的各項工作,并能將通訊時延限制在合理范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Because of its advanced science and technology, intelligent community can realize high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.With the further development of information technology, users have higher and higher requirements for the intelligent community property management system, especially for the sharing of data and information among various subsystems.This paper makes a preliminary research on the design and implementation of the intelligent community property management system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the development trend of the intelligent community management system is described in detail.As well as the advantages of the Android system as the front-end module, the definition and implementation of the core protocol of XMPP, the software structure and workflow of the intelligent management system,And the function modules are introduced in detail. 2) the system realizes the real time push of the property information based on the XMPP protocol, which is convenient for the daily information management of the community.The server of the intelligent community management system adopts Spring MVC architecture, through the characteristics of dependency injection and inversion of control provided by Spring framework, and the management function of lightweight Web container provided by the framework to realize the daily management of residential property system.Aiming at the frequent job scheduling events in the property system, the open source Quartz job scheduling framework. 3) finally, the paper tests the modules, including the performance test of the real time communication module.Test the function of user registration and login module and query information module.The tests show that the system can do all the work in the property management process, and can limit the communication delay within a reasonable range.
