基于JavaEE的文體類商品銷售管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平高速發(fā)展,各個(gè)企業(yè)的規(guī)模也漸漸擴(kuò)大,其效益也日益增長(zhǎng),然而很多企業(yè)仍然延用的傳統(tǒng)的商品銷售管理模式已無(wú)法再滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要,更加跟不上企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的前進(jìn)步伐。具體到本文的文體類商品的銷售經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),由于其集文體用品生產(chǎn)銷售設(shè)計(jì)與一體的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,造成了商品銷售的多樣性以及經(jīng)營(yíng)流程的復(fù)雜性特點(diǎn),而這種銷售經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)與企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)銷售管理模式出現(xiàn)了不對(duì)稱性問(wèn)題,從而導(dǎo)致企業(yè)在文體用品的銷售經(jīng)營(yíng)管理流程中出現(xiàn)了銷售數(shù)據(jù)采集與統(tǒng)計(jì)效率低下,銷售的價(jià)值數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)法及時(shí)共享,輔助決策效率低等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了企業(yè)的發(fā)展,由此,建立一套智能化的用于文體商品銷售管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)勢(shì)在必行。本文在具體工作內(nèi)容上主要是針對(duì)文體商品經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)在該類商品銷售管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題情況,以及具體用戶企業(yè)的期望目標(biāo),本著解決問(wèn)題的思想,研究通過(guò)利用JAVA技術(shù)高效的開(kāi)發(fā)出一套B/S模式的用于文體商品銷售管理的軟件系統(tǒng),所實(shí)現(xiàn)的軟件系統(tǒng)在功能架構(gòu)上主要包括八個(gè)功能模塊,分別為:商品管理模塊、商品采購(gòu)入庫(kù)模塊、商品庫(kù)存管理模塊、銷售出庫(kù)模塊、商品退換模塊、客戶信息管理模塊、職員管理模塊、銷售統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊。企業(yè)的各類相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)參與者通過(guò)該套軟件系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)完全能夠進(jìn)行文體類商品銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理工作的同步協(xié)作,以及信息數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)共享,從而為企業(yè)銷售策略的調(diào)整提供重要的應(yīng)用參考價(jià)值。綜上所述,該套文體商品銷售管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),基本能夠滿足企業(yè)自身文體商品銷售管理的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施情況,從而有助于目標(biāo)企業(yè)在文體商品經(jīng)營(yíng)市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高,并同時(shí)能夠較好的優(yōu)化該企業(yè)的文體商品銷售與管理的作業(yè)流程,并能夠較為有效的提高企業(yè)響應(yīng)文體商品市場(chǎng)變化的應(yīng)對(duì)能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic economy, the scale of each enterprise is gradually expanding, and its benefit is also increasing day by day. However, many enterprises still use the traditional commodity sales management mode can no longer meet the development needs of enterprises.More can not keep up with the rapid development of enterprises.To the sales and management enterprises of the stylistic goods in this paper, because of the business model of integrating the production and sale design of sports and sports articles, it has caused the variety of the commodity sales and the complexity of the business process.However, the characteristics of this kind of sales management and the existing traditional sales management mode of the enterprise have the problem of asymmetry, which leads to the low efficiency of the collection and statistics of sales data in the process of sales management of sports and recreational articles.The value data of sales can not be shared in time, and the efficiency of auxiliary decision is low. These problems have seriously affected the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to establish an intelligent platform for sales management system of literary and sports goods.This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in the process of the sales management of this kind of goods by the stylistic commodity management enterprises, and the expectation goal of the specific user enterprises, in the light of the idea of solving the problems.Through the use of JAVA technology to develop a set of B / S model for sales management software system, the realization of the software system in the functional framework mainly includes eight functional modules, respectively: commodity management module,Commodity purchase inventory module, commodity inventory management module, sales and exit module, commodity exchange module, customer information management module, staff management module, sales statistics module.Through this software system platform, all kinds of relevant business participants of enterprises can cooperate with each other in the management of sales data of stylistic goods, and share information and data in real time.Thus provides the important application reference value for the enterprise sales strategy adjustment.To sum up, the realization of the system can basically meet the business implementation of the enterprise's own sales management of stylistic goods, thus contributing to the improvement of the core competitiveness of the target enterprise in the field of the market of sports commodities.At the same time, it can optimize the business flow of sales and management of stylistic goods, and can effectively improve the ability of responding to the changes in the market of stylistic goods.
