【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展使得數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)模達到了空前的水平,人們從海量數(shù)據(jù)中獲取有價值的信息變得越來越困難。主題模型是近年來計算機領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的一種新的概率模型,在自然語言處理、文本挖掘以及信息檢索等領(lǐng)域都有很廣泛的應用�；谥黝}模型的主題追蹤技術(shù)和時態(tài)分析技術(shù)可以幫助人們從海量數(shù)據(jù)中快速找到感興趣的內(nèi)容,時態(tài)主題模型逐漸成為計算機科學領(lǐng)域的一個研究熱點。首先,介紹主題模型以及時態(tài)主題模型的基本概念;然后,對各種時態(tài)主題模型進行分類,介紹了幾種具有代表性的時態(tài)主題模型,分析比較了各種主題模型的優(yōu)缺點;接著,分析了時態(tài)主題模型在社交媒體、學術(shù)文獻和數(shù)據(jù)社區(qū)中的應用;最后,對時態(tài)主題模型未來的發(fā)展趨勢進行了探討。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, the scale of data has reached an unprecedented level, and it is becoming more and more difficult for people to obtain valuable information from massive data.Topic model is a new probability model in the field of computer in recent years. It is widely used in natural language processing, text mining and information retrieval.Topic tracking technology and temporal analysis technology based on topic model can help people quickly find interesting content from massive data. Temporal topic model has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of computer science.Firstly, it introduces the basic concepts of topic model and temporal theme model, then classifies various temporal theme models, introduces several representative temporal theme models, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various thematic models.The application of temporal thematic model in social media, academic literature and data community is analyzed. Finally, the development trend of temporal thematic model in the future is discussed.
