【摘要】：近幾年國內(nèi)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)如雨后春筍,從國家十二五規(guī)劃綱要以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時代所計劃的工作重點(diǎn)中不難看出,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的信息化擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)資源覆蓋面,加快促進(jìn)信息技術(shù)和科研管理工作的深度融合,是醫(yī)院未來發(fā)展的一個重要方向,尤其是眼科�？漆t(yī)院,為了提高�？漆t(yī)院的科研水平、加快醫(yī)院的數(shù)字化建設(shè)、辦公自動化,減輕醫(yī)院工作人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān),規(guī)范化醫(yī)院的科研管理工作,有必要建立一個醫(yī)院科研管理信息系統(tǒng),來統(tǒng)一管理醫(yī)院的科研工作,促進(jìn)醫(yī)院科研信息的交流,提高醫(yī)院辦公的自動化程度。本論文主要針對醫(yī)院科研管理這一領(lǐng)域,結(jié)合眼科�？漆t(yī)院的實際情況,闡述了開發(fā)醫(yī)院科研管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性,對醫(yī)院科研管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計,設(shè)計與開發(fā)出適合眼科�？漆t(yī)院使用的科研管理信息系統(tǒng)。在設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)中,充分使用了模塊化的思想,使用UML的建模方法,對系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析與實現(xiàn),使系統(tǒng)具有較好的可擴(kuò)展性。采用J2EE作為整個平臺的技術(shù)架構(gòu),B/S訪問模式,并結(jié)合SQL Server后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫作為支撐來加以實現(xiàn),開發(fā)設(shè)計一套眼科�？漆t(yī)院科研管理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)通過設(shè)置分級管理機(jī)制,將管理員和授權(quán)用戶區(qū)分開來,根據(jù)各個科室實際工作需要,設(shè)置不同的使用權(quán)限。系統(tǒng)主要包括人員信息、項目信息、經(jīng)費(fèi)管理信息、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息、數(shù)據(jù)匯總信息等,遵循眼科專家研究思路和科研成果方式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建和實施,充分滿足醫(yī)院科研管理工作,促進(jìn)了醫(yī)院科研管理領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院的數(shù)字化建設(shè)、辦公自動化、減輕醫(yī)院工作人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān)、規(guī)范化醫(yī)院的科研管理工作,促進(jìn)醫(yī)院實驗室科研工作的開展,需建立一個醫(yī)院科研管理信息系統(tǒng),提高審核工作的全面性、及時性和準(zhǔn)確性,提高醫(yī)院辦公的自動化程度、信息的電子化程度,最終實現(xiàn)工作管理現(xiàn)代化、程序規(guī)范化、服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,促進(jìn)各醫(yī)院之間的信息交流,從而促進(jìn)各醫(yī)院科研水平的提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the planning and construction of domestic digital hospitals have been springing up. It is not difficult to see from the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of the State and the focus of work planned in the Internet age that the coverage of high-quality resources can be expanded with the information technology of the Internet.Speeding up the deep integration of information technology and scientific research management is an important direction for the future development of hospitals. In order to improve the scientific research level of specialized hospitals and speed up the digital construction of hospitals, office automation,It is necessary to set up a hospital scientific research management information system to unify the management of hospital scientific research and to promote the exchange of hospital scientific research information.Improve the automation of hospital office.This paper mainly aimed at the field of hospital scientific research management, combined with the actual situation of ophthalmology specialized hospital, elaborated the necessity of developing hospital scientific research management information system, and analyzed and designed the hospital scientific research management information system.Design and develop scientific research management information system suitable for ophthalmology hospital.In the design and implementation, the idea of modularization is fully used, and the modeling method of UML is used to analyze and implement the system requirements, so that the system has better expansibility.Using J2EE as the technical framework of the whole platform and SQL Server backstage database as the support to realize the access mode of B / S, a scientific research management system of ophthalmology hospital is developed and designed. The system sets up a hierarchical management mechanism.The administrator and authorized users will be distinguished, according to the actual needs of each department, set different permissions.The system mainly includes personnel information, project information, fund management information, scientific and technological achievements transformation information, data summary information, etc. The system is constructed and implemented in accordance with the research ideas of ophthalmologists and the way of scientific research results.Fully meet the hospital scientific research management work, promote the development of hospital scientific research management field.It is necessary to establish a hospital scientific research management information system to realize the digitalization of hospital construction, office automation, lighten the work burden of hospital staff, standardize the scientific research management work of hospital and promote the development of hospital laboratory scientific research work.To improve the comprehensiveness, timeliness and accuracy of the audit work, to improve the degree of automation of the hospital office, the electronic degree of information, to realize the modernization of the work management, the standardization of the procedure, and the network of service,To promote the exchange of information among hospitals, thereby promoting the level of scientific research in hospitals.
