飛行教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:民航業(yè)快速發(fā)展需要培養(yǎng)更多的航空精英,而培養(yǎng)過程中需要有效對飛行培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量進行管控,因此,需要設(shè)立飛行教育質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)進行教育管理。由于CAAC(中國民用航空局)的行業(yè)和規(guī)章要求,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量檢查記錄均為紙質(zhì)記錄而沒有形成系統(tǒng)。隨著民航產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,飛行員的培訓(xùn)數(shù)量逐年增加。如果要提高民航飛行培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量就需要針對飛行教學(xué)質(zhì)量檢查記錄進行統(tǒng)計和分析。傳統(tǒng)的零散的原始數(shù)據(jù)的記錄方式無法做到快速準確有效的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和結(jié)論分析。本文所述的飛行教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)通過對原始數(shù)據(jù)的標準規(guī)范收集、統(tǒng)計、分析,找出在教學(xué)訓(xùn)練過程中存在的問題或不足,做到有針對性的反饋和提高,規(guī)范教學(xué)過程。明確指出飛行學(xué)員的不足之處,歸納出飛行教員教學(xué)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),最終達到提高整體的飛行教學(xué)質(zhì)量的目的。同時為受訓(xùn)的飛行學(xué)員、飛行教員、飛行主管等各級管理部門提供個人的和整體的質(zhì)量分析報告,該質(zhì)量分析報告可指定任意時間段進行統(tǒng)計和分析,并自動生成。系統(tǒng)完成后可與用戶之間建立封閉的循環(huán)管理。本系統(tǒng)通過教學(xué)實踐中的實際需求出發(fā),按照整個教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的流程分不同的管理部門設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的功能。系統(tǒng)以B/S構(gòu)架為核心,根據(jù)實際需求采用實用和開源的MYSQL作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,并用支持性好的PHP語言編寫。而系統(tǒng)設(shè)計對應(yīng)的權(quán)限結(jié)構(gòu)和功能都很明確,因此按照設(shè)計的思路和流程順利的實現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的功能。按照實際使用的環(huán)境,對系統(tǒng)進行了功能和性能方面的測試。測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)達到了設(shè)計的各項功能和性能。后期將對其安全性和其他方面進行測試。測試期間,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,各功能模塊之間數(shù)據(jù)交互通暢。該系統(tǒng)在完成測試以后的試運行期間,得到了參與測試的飛行教員和飛行學(xué)生的好評。系統(tǒng)從設(shè)計到實現(xiàn)并進入試運行完全按照實際需求出發(fā),滿足了飛行員培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的實際需求。在中國民航飛行員培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域,該系統(tǒng)開了CCAR141部訓(xùn)練學(xué)校的先河,并為其他訓(xùn)練機構(gòu)提供了質(zhì)量管理的模板。不僅如此,由于系統(tǒng)基于行業(yè)的標準和規(guī)范而設(shè)計,因此系統(tǒng)也易于向其他訓(xùn)練機構(gòu)復(fù)制和推廣,為中國民用航空局對整個通用航空培訓(xùn)市場建立系統(tǒng)管理提供借鑒。本人在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)期間,主要負責(zé)系統(tǒng)的功能構(gòu)建和功能模塊設(shè)計,以及后期的測試及系統(tǒng)部署,并獨立完成了論文的撰寫。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of civil aviation industry needs to train more aviation elites, and in the process of training, it is necessary to effectively control the quality of flight training. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a flight education quality management system for education management.Because of CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) industry and regulations, the traditional teaching quality inspection records are paper records but no system.With the development of civil aviation industry, the number of pilots training is increasing year by year.If we want to improve the quality of civil aviation flight training, we should make statistics and analysis on flight teaching quality inspection records.The traditional method of recording scattered raw data can not achieve fast and accurate data statistics and conclusion analysis.The flight teaching quality management system described in this paper collects, counts, analyzes and finds out the problems or deficiencies in the course of teaching and training by collecting, counting and analyzing the original data, so as to achieve targeted feedback and improvement, and standardize the teaching process.The shortcomings of flight cadets are clearly pointed out, and the weak links of flight teachers' teaching are summed up so as to improve the overall quality of flight teaching.It also provides individual and overall quality analysis reports for trained flight cadets, flight instructors, flight supervisors and other levels of management. The quality analysis report can be assigned any time period for statistics and analysis, and automatically generated.Closed loop management can be established between the system and the user after the completion of the system.The system is designed and realized by different management departments according to the process of teaching quality management.The system takes the B / S framework as the core, adopts the practical and open source MYSQL as the system database according to the actual requirement, and writes with the supporting PHP language.And the system design corresponding authority structure and function are very clear, therefore according to the design thought and the flow smoothly has realized the corresponding function.According to the actual use of the environment, the system was tested in terms of function and performance.The test results show that the system achieves the functions and performance of the design.Its safety and other aspects will be tested at a later stage.During the test, the system runs stably and the data exchange between the functional modules is smooth.The system has been well received by the flight instructors and flight students who participated in the test during the trial run after the completion of the test.The system from design to implementation and into trial operation according to the actual needs, meet the actual needs of the pilot training industry.In the field of CAAC pilot training, the system has opened the CCAR141 Department training School and provided quality management templates for other training institutions.Moreover, because the system is designed on the basis of industry standards and specifications, the system is easy to replicate and promote to other training institutions, which provides a reference for China Civil Aviation Administration to establish a system management system for the whole general aviation training market.During the development of the system, I was mainly responsible for the system function construction and function module design, as well as the later testing and system deployment, and completed the thesis independently.
