基于3D打印技術的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與模具設計實訓教學

【摘要】:在"中國制造2025"背景下,制造業(yè)對3D打印技術應用型人才需求非常龐大。從職業(yè)教育角度分析了目前3D打印技術應用于實踐教學存在的問題,針對這些問題提出將3D打印技術融入傳統(tǒng)制造類專業(yè)的實訓教學,讓學生在面向生產(chǎn)、面向制造的職業(yè)技能訓練中學習3D打印技術并應用于解決生產(chǎn)實際問題。以融入3D打印技術的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與模具設計實訓教學為例闡述了上述方案的實施。實踐證明實訓與企業(yè)崗位需求相結合,對于培養(yǎng)具有3D打印技術又能應用于專業(yè)制造領域的復合型應用人才具有積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "made in China 2025", there is a huge demand for 3D printing technology applied talents in manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of 3D printing technology in practical teaching from the point of view of vocational education. Aiming at these problems, it proposes to integrate 3D printing technology into the practical teaching of traditional manufacturing specialty, so that students can face production.Learning 3D printing technology in manufacturing-oriented vocational skill training and applying it to solve practical production problems.Taking the practice teaching of product development and mold design with 3D printing technology as an example, the implementation of the above scheme is expounded.It has been proved by practice that the combination of practical training and the demand of enterprise post has a positive effect on the cultivation of compound talents with 3D printing technology and can be applied in the field of professional manufacturing.
