BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著B(niǎo)IM技術(shù)的深入應(yīng)用,使得綜合項(xiàng)目交付模式(Integrated Project Delivery,IPD)成為可能,IPD模式以多方協(xié)議形式,使項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵參與方能夠早期介入、共同決策,既實(shí)現(xiàn)了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目高效協(xié)作,又最大化發(fā)揮了BIM價(jià)值。激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制在IPD模式順利實(shí)施過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要作用。本文針對(duì)激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制做了如下研究:(1)提出BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式協(xié)同管理流程,確定激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。研究相關(guān)理論,指出BIM與IPD模式結(jié)合的必要性和優(yōu)越性。從組建團(tuán)隊(duì)、簽訂協(xié)議、各階段BIM建模策略和運(yùn)作流程等方面制定BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式協(xié)同管理流程。在此協(xié)同管理流程下提出構(gòu)建激勵(lì)池模型并對(duì)其進(jìn)行靜、動(dòng)態(tài)兩層次分配的方法,計(jì)算補(bǔ)償系數(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式的激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制。(2)構(gòu)建激勵(lì)池模型,給出激勵(lì)池最優(yōu)規(guī)模。分析激勵(lì)池概念,構(gòu)建三種情況下的激勵(lì)池模型。運(yùn)用累計(jì)前景理論建立激勵(lì)池規(guī)模決策模型,對(duì)最大化激勵(lì)I(lǐng)PD成員的激勵(lì)池規(guī)模進(jìn)行研究,得到激勵(lì)池的最優(yōu)規(guī)模。(3)提出一種可量化的激勵(lì)池靜態(tài)分配方法。根據(jù)激勵(lì)池分配原則及流程指出靜態(tài)分配,考慮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)及沖突協(xié)調(diào)三個(gè)因素。運(yùn)用SNA法、熵值法和隨機(jī)合作博弈理論分別建立激勵(lì)池靜態(tài)分配模型,綜合考慮三要素共享激勵(lì)池金額,得到量化的各參與方靜態(tài)分配比例。(4)構(gòu)建合理的激勵(lì)池動(dòng)態(tài)分配模型,設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)的布谷鳥(niǎo)搜索算法進(jìn)行求解?紤]貢獻(xiàn)程度、努力水平等因素,將最終受益與實(shí)施過(guò)程的表現(xiàn)相結(jié)合;引入滿(mǎn)意度、獎(jiǎng)懲量和動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,考慮了影響因素在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)性,建立激勵(lì)池動(dòng)態(tài)分配模型。提出改進(jìn)的布谷鳥(niǎo)搜索算法(IMOCS)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,IMOCS有效地改善了原搜索時(shí)間長(zhǎng)和非支配計(jì)算復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,獲得與真實(shí)的解集更接近的pareto前沿,有更好的收斂性、多樣性和均勻性。(5)實(shí)例仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)際與BIM技術(shù)下IPD團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償?shù)姆抡嬗?jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,表明各參與方獲得了更多的收益,BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)模式,起到了較好的激勵(lì)效果。證實(shí)了激勵(lì)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制的科學(xué)性、合理性和可實(shí)施性,也為BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式的可實(shí)施性提供了有效地論證,以期BIM技術(shù)下IPD模式在中國(guó)的廣泛實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the further application of BIM technology, it is possible to integrate Project delivery mode with multi-party protocol, which enables the key participants of the project to intervene in the early stage and make joint decisions, which realizes the efficient cooperation of the construction project. The incentive compensation mechanism plays an important role in the smooth implementation of the IPD model. This paper does the following research on the incentive compensation mechanism: 1) proposes the collaborative management process of the IPD mode under the BIM technology. To determine the form of incentive and compensation mechanism, to study the relevant theory, point out the necessity and superiority of combining BIM and IPD mode. From the formation of team, sign the agreement, The collaborative management process of IPD mode under BIM technology is formulated in the aspects of modeling strategy and operation flow of BIM in each stage. Under this collaborative management process, a method of constructing incentive pool model and assigning it to static and dynamic two levels is put forward. The incentive pool model is constructed by calculating compensation coefficient to realize the incentive compensation mechanism of IPD mode under BIM technology, and the optimal scale of incentive pool is given, and the concept of incentive pool is analyzed. This paper constructs incentive pool model under three conditions, establishes incentive pool scale decision model by accumulative foreground theory, and studies the incentive pool scale of maximizing incentive IPD members. This paper presents a quantifiable static allocation method of incentive pool. According to the principle and flow of incentive pool allocation, the paper points out three factors: static allocation, risk perception, risk sharing and conflict coordination. SNA method is used. The static allocation model of incentive pool is established by entropy method and stochastic cooperative game theory, and the dynamic allocation model of incentive pool is constructed by synthetically considering the three elements sharing the amount of incentive pool. Design an improved Cuckoo search algorithm to solve the problem. Consider the contribution level, effort level and other factors, combine the ultimate benefit with the performance of the implementation process, introduce satisfaction, rewards and penalties and dynamic process, Considering the dynamic characteristics of the influencing factors in the process of project implementation, the dynamic allocation model of incentive pool is established. An improved Cuckoo search algorithm (IMOCSS) is proposed to solve the model. The pareto frontier closer to the real solution set is obtained, with better convergence, diversity and uniformity. The simulation results are compared with the simulation results of the IPD team incentive compensation under the BIM technology. The results show that the IPD model is superior to the traditional model and has a good incentive effect. It is proved that the incentive compensation mechanism is scientific, reasonable and implementable. It also provides an effective demonstration for the implementability of IPD mode under BIM technology, and expects IPD mode to be widely implemented in China under BIM technology.
