【摘要】：伴隨著國內(nèi)寬帶和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和研究工作正在如火如荼的進(jìn)行。激烈的市場競爭要求企業(yè)的采購管理水平必須成為企業(yè)的核心競爭優(yōu)勢,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的高效的采購管理系統(tǒng)成為行業(yè)必須。采購是公司為正常生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品及維護(hù)運(yùn)作而必須消耗的物品和設(shè)施之購入活動的總稱和公司成本的來源。因而采購業(yè)務(wù)管理在企業(yè)管理流程中占據(jù)著極其重要的地位。企業(yè)的采購工作非常繁雜,相當(dāng)多的企業(yè)采購需要從中央到地方,經(jīng)常會因采購工作中的瑣事影響采購工作的效率。采購管理系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn)為采購工作注入了強(qiáng)大的活力,采購部門是信息系統(tǒng)推廣與應(yīng)用中見效最快的部門之一,目前采購部門的有效管理直接影響企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力和企業(yè)核心競爭力,采購信息與運(yùn)行過程,是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)行的基本保障,同時(shí)對于企業(yè)的決策和管理具有十分重要的意義。本文主要是通過研究超市采購管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)采購成本的最小化,獲得更多的收益。本系統(tǒng)是基于B/S構(gòu)架的企業(yè)采購管理系統(tǒng),采用目前流行的JSP進(jìn)行開發(fā),使用HTML和CSS語言開發(fā)前臺操作頁面,服務(wù)器使用WebLogic Server,后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫是oracle10g,系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯部分運(yùn)用EJB進(jìn)行封裝。EJB將被部署在WebLogic服務(wù)器上,對于數(shù)據(jù)庫的任何讀寫都需由EJB代理執(zhí)行。用戶需通過客戶端調(diào)用WebLogic上的EJB獲得服務(wù)。論文全面地描述了構(gòu)建一個(gè)企業(yè)采購管理系統(tǒng)所需的各種工具和技術(shù),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的可行性分析與需求分析,并設(shè)計(jì)了采購業(yè)務(wù)的具體流程。包括系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境介紹,系統(tǒng)可行性分析,系統(tǒng)所需數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì),企業(yè)采購流程的描述及相關(guān)準(zhǔn)則,還有包括系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì),及有關(guān)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)節(jié)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)等。系統(tǒng)測試表明,本采購管理系統(tǒng)具有較好的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic broadband and mobile Internet, The development and research of the application system based on network is in full swing. The fierce market competition requires that the purchasing management level of the enterprise must become the core competitive advantage of the enterprise. The efficient purchasing management system based on network application becomes the necessity of the industry. Purchasing is the general name of the purchasing activities of goods and facilities that must be consumed for the normal production and maintenance operation of the company and the source of the company's cost. Procurement business management occupies an extremely important position in the enterprise management process. The enterprise procurement work is very complicated, A considerable number of enterprises need to purchase from the central to the local level, often because of the trifles in the procurement work affect the efficiency of procurement work. The emergence of procurement management system has injected a strong vitality into the procurement work. The purchasing department is one of the most effective departments in the promotion and application of information system. At present, the effective management of the purchasing department directly affects the productivity and core competitiveness of the enterprise, and the procurement information and operation process. It is the basic guarantee of the production and operation of the enterprise, and it is very important for the enterprise to make decision and management at the same time. In this paper, by studying the development and research of the supermarket purchasing management information system, the enterprise procurement cost can be minimized. This system is based on the B / S structure of enterprise procurement management system, using the current popular JSP to develop, using HTML and CSS language to develop foreground operating pages, The server uses WebLogic Server, and the background database is oracle10g.The business logic part of the system uses EJB to encapsulate. EJBs will be deployed on the WebLogic server. Any reading and writing of database must be performed by EJB agent. Users need to call EJB on WebLogic through client to get service. This paper describes all kinds of tools and technologies needed to build an enterprise purchasing management system. The feasibility analysis and requirement analysis of the system are carried out, and the specific process of purchasing business is designed, including the introduction of system development environment, the analysis of system feasibility, the design of database required by the system, the description of enterprise purchasing process and the relevant criteria. It also includes the overall design of the system and the detailed design of the system development and implementation details. The system test shows that the procurement management system has good feasibility.
