鞍山市配網(wǎng)搶修指揮綜合管理平臺(tái)的研究與分析

【摘要】:電力能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)是現(xiàn)階段不可缺少的能源供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),其中配電網(wǎng)是城市能源供應(yīng)的重要組成部分。配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)位于電力線路的最末端,是電力系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷中心,其具有用電量高,電力負(fù)荷密度大,對(duì)供電可靠性和供電質(zhì)量要求高的特點(diǎn)。隨著人們對(duì)供電質(zhì)量的不斷提高,配電故障不斷增多,故障報(bào)修工單逐步增多,營、配專業(yè)間銜接不緊密等問題不斷顯現(xiàn)。加速提升配網(wǎng)精益化管理能力,提升電力設(shè)備安全供電可靠性,縮短停電故障搶修時(shí)限是實(shí)現(xiàn)下一階段智能配電網(wǎng)的根本。根據(jù)鞍山供電公司在配網(wǎng)搶修指揮工作上的業(yè)務(wù)需求,闡述了此次課題研究的意義與重要性。針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段鞍山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)情況,將配網(wǎng)搶修指揮平臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)與95598客戶服務(wù)中心工單業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行有效結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)配網(wǎng)搶修指揮綜合管理平臺(tái)。通過繪制業(yè)務(wù)流程圖的方式,對(duì)停電信息管理、95598工單業(yè)務(wù)、配搶值班管理、搶修人員車輛管理、數(shù)據(jù)信息管理這五方面的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了重新闡述。通過業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)踐方式,使用組織構(gòu)架圖,數(shù)據(jù)分析圖對(duì)這五項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的功能分析。通過類縮略圖、主要數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)表設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)鞍山供電公司配網(wǎng)搶修指揮工單系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析。本課題同時(shí)對(duì)鞍山供電公司基于配網(wǎng)搶修指揮綜合管理應(yīng)用平臺(tái)的建設(shè)實(shí)踐和應(yīng)用所取得的成效作了總結(jié),為鞍山電網(wǎng)內(nèi)在管理和協(xié)同效率提升、由“業(yè)務(wù)導(dǎo)向”向“客戶導(dǎo)向”轉(zhuǎn)變、建立“統(tǒng)一平臺(tái)”、“服務(wù)協(xié)同”的快速響應(yīng)服務(wù)機(jī)制提供了有力的技術(shù)支撐,為鞍山供電公司進(jìn)一步建設(shè)和發(fā)展智能配電網(wǎng)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)有力的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Power energy network is an indispensable energy supply system at present, of which distribution network is an important part of urban energy supply. Distribution network is located at the end of power line, is the power system load center, and has high power consumption. With the continuous improvement of power supply quality, the number of distribution faults is increasing, and the number of fault repairers is gradually increasing, and the number of repair work orders is increasing gradually, with the characteristics of high power load density and high demand for the reliability and quality of power supply. Problems such as the lack of close connection between distribution professionals are emerging. Accelerating the improvement of the lean management ability of distribution network, improving the safety and reliability of power supply, Shortening the time limit for emergency repair of power outages is the basis for realizing the next phase of smart distribution network. According to the business requirements of Anshan Power supply Company in the emergency repair of distribution network, This paper expounds the significance and importance of this research. In view of the current situation of distribution network construction in Anshan area, the distribution network emergency repair command platform service is effectively combined with the 95598 customer service center work order service. Design the integrated management platform of distribution network emergency repair command. By drawing the business flow chart, we can manage the blackout information business of 95598 work order, rush repair personnel and vehicle management, The business processes of these five aspects of data information management are restated. Through the way of business practice, the functions of these five businesses are analyzed in detail by using the organization structure diagram and the data analysis diagram. Data table design of main database, This paper analyzes the data of the distribution network emergency repair command system of Anshan Power supply Company. At the same time, the paper summarizes the construction practice and application results of Anshan Power supply Company based on the integrated management platform of distribution network repair command. It provides a strong technical support for the improvement of internal management and coordination efficiency of Anshan power network, the transformation from "business orientation" to "customer orientation", the establishment of "unified platform" and "service synergy" rapid response service mechanism. Anshan Power supply Company for the further construction and development of smart distribution network laid a solid foundation.
