【摘要】：為應(yīng)對(duì)制造業(yè)變革發(fā)展對(duì)檢測(cè)信息的爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)需求,將云計(jì)算技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)了面向制造業(yè)的云檢測(cè)平臺(tái)。從功能性、管理性和交互性3方面進(jìn)行需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了由物理資源層、虛擬資源層、核心功能層、服務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)層和服務(wù)使用層組成的云檢測(cè)平臺(tái)架構(gòu);利用可擴(kuò)展標(biāo)記語(yǔ)言和Web Service技術(shù)對(duì)云終端硬件資源進(jìn)行描述與封裝,將傳感器、檢測(cè)儀器和被檢測(cè)對(duì)象映射為云平臺(tái)資源,以LXI儀器為中心控制節(jié)點(diǎn),建立了隨檢測(cè)需求動(dòng)態(tài)組織與共享使用的硬件資源池;確定了云檢測(cè)平臺(tái)的服務(wù)模式,并開(kāi)發(fā)了實(shí)踐平臺(tái),驗(yàn)證了所提供檢測(cè)服務(wù)的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the explosive demand for detection information in the development of manufacturing industry, the cloud detection platform for manufacturing industry is designed by combining cloud computing technology with traditional detection technology. Based on the requirement analysis of management and interactivity, a cloud detection platform is designed, which is composed of physical resource layer, virtual resource layer, core function layer, service development layer and service usage layer. The hardware resource of cloud terminal is described and encapsulated by Extensible markup language and Web Service technology. The sensor, detecting instrument and detected object are mapped to cloud platform resource, and the center control node is LXI instrument. The hardware resource pool for dynamic organization and sharing is established, the service mode of cloud detection platform is determined, and the practical platform is developed, which verifies the feasibility of the detection service provided.
