老齡化背景下智慧旅游App使用現(xiàn)狀研究——以北京市為例

【摘要】:在我國(guó)漸入老齡化社會(huì)背景下,老年旅游有著龐大的市場(chǎng),如何更有效地利用智慧旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),滿(mǎn)足不斷增長(zhǎng)的老年人較高層次的精神文化需求,是發(fā)展老年智慧旅游中亟待解決的問(wèn)題。調(diào)查老年人對(duì)于智慧旅游App的接受和使用程度,并分析其使用動(dòng)機(jī)和意愿可以看出,目前大多數(shù)老年人會(huì)使用智能手機(jī),也會(huì)用智慧旅游App,但主動(dòng)性不足。且智慧旅游App未針對(duì)老年人作優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),造成使用意愿較低。智慧旅游服務(wù)提供商應(yīng)針對(duì)老年人群體的特殊需求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)化和針對(duì)性開(kāi)發(fā),加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of aging society in China, tourism for the elderly has a huge market. How to make more effective use of intelligent tourism products and services to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly at a higher level. This is an urgent problem in developing intelligent tourism for the elderly. By investigating the acceptance and use of App among the elderly, and analyzing their motivation and willingness to use it, we can see that at present most elderly people will use smart phones. It also uses smart travel Appps, but not enough initiative. And the Smart Travel App doesn't optimize design for older people. Intelligent tourism service providers should optimize and develop their products according to the special needs of the elderly to strengthen their market competitiveness.
