【摘要】：隨著計算機的不斷普及,信息化技術發(fā)展水平提高,人們開始對信息化應用更加的重視,同時,開始充分的利用信息化技術對其信息進行深化應用。在IT技術使用方面,高等職業(yè)技術學院如何做好信息管控事宜,是亟待處理的課題。為了確保高等職業(yè)院校信息化系統(tǒng)管理工作更加符合時代的發(fā)展水平,工作開展更加高效,需要切實對其進行深化改革。高校的人力資源管理所要處理的任務繁雜,并且其接受的內(nèi)容比較繁瑣。如何在新時代中做好信息化管理工作,對于高職院校的信息化改革有重要的作用。隨著學生人數(shù)的不斷增加,如何更快更高效的處理好學校日常事物,做好信息化管理工作,對于新時代的高職院校而言是一件非常現(xiàn)實也是非常急需的事情。為了確保學校管理更加符合信息化、時代化的發(fā)展,需要做好信息化系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作。此論文的出發(fā)點是為安徽工商職業(yè)學院提供一項人力資源管控信息體系的處理措施。本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)主要是以軟件工程為指導方向。首先對系統(tǒng)的需求進行認真分析,確定好系統(tǒng)需求之后,對系統(tǒng)需求進行認證確認,之后通過數(shù)據(jù)模型構建、信息庫處理,也就是進行系統(tǒng)頁面規(guī)劃等工作,對系統(tǒng)的技術事項進行明確。在實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)頁面規(guī)劃、安全規(guī)劃、業(yè)務模型構建的前提下,利用ASP技術以及數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術,對系統(tǒng)進行設計編程開發(fā),從而有效的實現(xiàn)了B/S設計模式。此外,利用瀏覽器以及服務器的數(shù)據(jù)分析交互,設計出安全系數(shù)更高、應用場景更廣的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)功能易懂、操作簡單,在運用上表現(xiàn)出很大的便捷性、靈活性,做到了辦公三化,即電子化、自動化、互享化,從而實現(xiàn)了高校教職工人事基本信息,人事出勤率數(shù)據(jù)以及績效考核等有關信息的高效管理。
[Abstract]:With the continuous popularization of computers and the improvement of the level of information technology development, people begin to pay more attention to the application of information technology, at the same time, they begin to make full use of information technology to deepen the application of its information. How to manage information in higher vocational and technical colleges is an urgent task to be dealt with. In order to ensure that the management of information system in higher vocational colleges is more in line with the development level of the times, the work is carried out more efficiently. The task of human resource management in colleges and universities is complicated and the contents accepted are rather complicated. How to do the information management work well in the new era? It plays an important role in the informatization reform of higher vocational colleges. With the increasing number of students, how to deal with the daily affairs of the school more quickly and efficiently, and how to do the information management work well, It is a very realistic and urgent matter for higher vocational colleges in the new era. In order to ensure that school management is more in line with the information technology and the development of the times, The starting point of this paper is to provide a human resource management and control information system for Anhui Institute of Business and Technology. The research and development of this system is mainly guided by software engineering. First of all, the requirements of the system are carefully analyzed, After determining the system requirements, the system requirements are authenticated and confirmed, and then through the construction of the data model, the processing of the information base, that is, the planning of the system pages, the technical issues of the system are clearly defined. In order to realize the system page planning, Under the premise of security planning and business model construction, the system is designed and programmed by using ASP technology and database development technology, so that the B / S design pattern is realized effectively. Using the data analysis and interaction of browser and server, the system with higher safety factor and wider application scene is designed. The system is easy to understand, easy to operate, and has great convenience and flexibility in application. That is, electronization, automation, mutual sharing, thus realizing the effective management of basic personnel information, personnel attendance data, performance evaluation and other related information in colleges and universities.
