【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)發(fā)展與變革的浪潮席卷全球,通信行業(yè)作為我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)也將面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。而通信設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)如何運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)幫助企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的目的,已成為亟待解決的重要問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)找出某些通信設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題作出了需求分析,構(gòu)思出整體設(shè)計(jì)框架,即設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理電子流程化與內(nèi)部辦公自動(dòng)信息化相結(jié)合,此設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了適用于部分通信設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。在全文的構(gòu)成方面,首先介紹了本課題的背景以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外一些研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,并說(shuō)明本課題要研究的內(nèi)容和具體工作。接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)所采用的一些相關(guān)技術(shù)(ASP.NET與.NET架構(gòu)、C/S和B/S結(jié)構(gòu))做出具體的分析介紹。然后針對(duì)通信設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行需求分析,并確立系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),敘述系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施重點(diǎn),找出目前生產(chǎn)流程中的哪些不足,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則的基礎(chǔ)上做出整體框架設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的部分,主要描述了本系統(tǒng)的總體框架結(jié)構(gòu),并介紹了市場(chǎng)管理、合同管理、設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理、資源管理、核算管理五大子系統(tǒng)的功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),以及所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本功能和工作流程。而系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,則介紹了系統(tǒng)完成后的部分界面操作及關(guān)鍵代碼并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效能進(jìn)行測(cè)試。最后,總結(jié)了全文以及對(duì)未來(lái)工作的展望。通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),通信設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)各部所依照各自的專業(yè)流程進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì),企業(yè)決策人可以通過(guò)系統(tǒng)隨時(shí)登錄查看項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,不僅加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的精細(xì)化管理,還使得企業(yè)的日常管理更加規(guī)范,在提升企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行效率的同時(shí),還加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)的可控性,樹立了企業(yè)的品牌形象。
[Abstract]:With the development and transformation of information technology sweeping the world, the communication industry as the traditional industry of our country will also face a huge challenge, and how to use information technology to help the construction of information systems in communication design enterprises. Realizing the purpose of enterprise project management has become an important problem to be solved urgently. In this paper, some problems in some communication design enterprises are analyzed, and the overall design framework is proposed. That is, the electronic flow of design project management is combined with the internal office automation information. This design concept basically realizes the project management system suitable for some communication design enterprises. First of all, it introduces the background of this topic and the analysis of some domestic and foreign research status. It also explains the content and the concrete work of this subject. Then it makes a concrete analysis and introduction to some related technologies used in the system, such as ASP. Net and. Net architecture, C / S and B / S structure. Then, it analyzes the requirements of the communication design enterprises in the light of the actual situation. It also establishes the construction goal of the system, describes the key points of the implementation of the system, finds out the deficiencies in the current production process, and makes the overall framework design on the basis of the system design principles. In the part of the system design, This paper mainly describes the overall frame structure of the system, and introduces the design of the function modules of five subsystems: market management, contract management, design project management, resource management and accounting management. As well as the basic functions and workflow to be realized. In the implementation part of the system, some interface operations and key codes are introduced after the completion of the system, and the performance of the system is tested. Through the design and realization of the system, each department of the communication design enterprise carries on the production design according to their respective professional process, the enterprise decision maker can log in to view the project progress at any time through the system. Not only to strengthen the fine management of enterprise design projects, but also to make the daily management of enterprises more standardized, to improve the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises, but also to strengthen the controllability of enterprises, to establish the brand image of enterprises.
